Faro Suites and Conference Center - أجواديلا

VERY close to the Aguadilla airport and relatively easy to find after a 1:30 am flight. The room was clean-ish, better than I expected, and there was an iron and board which was nice. I would have liked breakfast but there are inexpensive options nearby. I did not try the pool or hottub/sauna but they appeared clean.

Restaurant Closed, Bar Closed. Rooms not clean. Front Desk, Housekeeping, Security Guard was the same person. Half Hotel under Construction. NEXT TIME I PAY MORE AND GO TO THE MARIOTT IN THE NEXT STREET.

Very good. The facility needs to be updated. Nefinitley needs a resturant at least for breakfast. Good value for what we paid.

Very convenient and close to alot of places to eat. Also Surfers beach is at the bottom of the cliff easy walking distance and there is surf shop across the street. The room was very spacious with 2 bedrooms, mini fridge microwave and coffee maker and walk in closet which was great having 2 kids under 2 it allowed them space to move around and also helped us to mitigate eating out every meal because we could go to the grocery store and stock the fridge nice size pool along with kiddie pool great food at the restaurant

Worth the money for my overnight stay. The staff was pleasant, & helpful.

My family loved this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was nice with an outdoor bar/restaurant. Our suite was roomy and comfortable. We had some difficulty finding the hotel, but it ended up being only a 10 - 15 minute drive to the beach which was nice. My only complaint was the water pressure in the shower was not very strong which made it hard to wash my hair.

We book this trip to celebrate my birthday and what a huge dissapointment. When we arrive the keys of the rooms did not work and they switch us FOUR times! In the last try they told us that if that doesn't work, they will reimburse our money and we can go to another hotel! I was furious!! When they finally find a key that works, we had to ask several times - A DAY - for towels; they NEVER cleaned our room and NEVER take the trash out. We had bags in which we packed the trash and take it to a dumpster in the hall that was never cleaned by them until our last day. We were there for four days and no one never came to check if we need anything. The only good thing about this hotel is the space in the room which is huge. Due to our bad experience I will never stay there again.

The hotel is a remodeled military base housing so the apartment are kind of old. The furniture is evidently deteriorated. It has the basic things like air conditioning,hot water and old tvs but not any luxury found in chain hotels. For example if you want ice you would have to take a long walk to the main building to look for it and go up and down the stairs because there's no elevator. Too expensive for what it offers. I woud rather pay $20 dollars more and stay in the Marriot across the street.

The Hotel has potential but is mismanage. The front desk clerk can't solve any isuues unless they contact a manager or resevation who's not on site. Clerk arguing with house keeping in front of customers. First day checking in we found the room we were staying in with the bath tub dirty, broken door security lock and curtains on window hangs 4" away from window leaving it easy for anyone to see inside. One thing we also notice is that the comforters were not being changed after a customer was checking out. We changed rooms on the 3rd day and when we pulled the comforter off the bed we found hair. Will not use hotel ever again!!

I have to say that the staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. The location was very convenient. We just stayed one night and left in the morning.

Our room was gross and full of mosquitoes and other bugs. The TV remote didn't work. The blankets had holes in them and were tattered and smelly. I don't know how this place ended up with an average of 3 stars. Maybe because the staff was very friendly and helpful; the pool was OK; the Tiki Bar food was tasty. But nothing could make up for the how dirty and dingy our room was. We ended up crossing the street to hang out at the Marriot Courtyard for as long as we could.

I didn't enjoy myself much because the hotel was for far away and it need more maintence work and cleanliness to.

Very nice staff and personable bar and grill crew. really enjoyed my stay there and very reasonable price.

Sinceramente no volveria a quedarme las sillas de la piscina estaban todas rotas y aun asi las tenian alrededor de la piscina tenian un tikki bar que nunca abrio y para colmo la madera de los gaveteros tenian polilla al igual q las mesas de noche y para completar solo tenian una personas para room service y los controles de los tv no servian

La estancia fue satisfactoria y comoda, pero creo que la seguridad debe estar mas pendiente a las personas haciendo ruidos y desorden hasta altas horas de la noche. Mantenimiento pendiente a Los equipos electronicos de las habitaciones.

El ruido infernal

Para el precio no está mal. Deben incluir más canales a la programación dd cable. No tenían suficiente sillas en el área de la piscina y las pocas que habían estaban en malas condiciones. Auque es un hotel de 2 estrellas pueden mejor las facilidades así atraen más clientela.

buena a pesar de el poco tiempo q estuve en el hotel,fueron solo 6 horas pero tanto mi fam como yo pasamos una feliz noche,muchas gracias al senor q nos recivio en el counter,muy amable.

Fue buena pero el hotel necesita mejor mantenimiento, esta decallendo. Sus habitaciones familiares son comodisimas.

Sugiero mayor mantenimiento en las habitaciones, cambiar lamparas, cortinas de bano, etc. Tambien deberian ofrecer mayor entretenimiento y actividades para los huespedes. Hotel economico y buena ubicacion.. Solo para relajarse y descansar.. A esto debo anadir q si reservas en internet y no con el hotel directo debes monitorear que la reservacion este book en el hotel.. situacion no agradable la q pase por esto :(
