Fred Hotel - باريس

We were pleased with our room and stay. Room was clean. 12 euro continental breakfast was decent and worth it for the added convenience. My only complaint was I asked for a cab that accepted a credit card as I was short 20 euro for the cab ride to the airport and didn't want to w/d $ for 20 and incur fees and the cab at 4am refused my card and at that point I was stuck. Didn't appreciate that. If I hadn't requested such it would have been my fault but I thought I had addressed the issue. Cabbie kept meter running while I found an ATM at the airport. That ended up being his tip. I normally would add over but this time did not.

The hotel was fine. The big draw is the decor which is modern and stylish. Positive: friendly staff, decent neighborhood not too far from the major tourist attractions, comfortable room. Negative: the bathroom was a bit cramped and we couldn't get an extra pillow as requested. Would recommend if the price is right.

The hotel was nice, the staff was very friendly, rooms were clean. Location was very close to metro, but somewhat far from most of the places we wanted to visit (the distance was no big deal though). I had two real issues. One was that the safe in the room was not bolted down. But more importantly. You dot hold on to the key to your room. You give them te key everytime you leave (no big deal) but when you come back, all you have to do is say your room number and they give you the key. No questions asked, not even your last name, and we know that they didn't always recognize us because it was almost always someone different at the desk. This made me a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, not a bad stay for the price.

This place was clean, modern and in a great location the staff was friendly and helpfull. I would recommend it to anyone.

Enjoyed our stay in this small and friendly hotel. All the staff were excellent and spoke good English. Although some way from the heart of the city the metro is a 2 minute walk and the local area is quite pleasant with a good selection of small shops and cafes. More bars and shops are a 15 minute walk away around the Montparnasse station area.

The hotel is quite small,but all the rooms were renovated and the staff were helpfull,with sugesting resturants,shopping areas transportation and things to see. I needed a place to sleep and shower and this work great.

We had a wonderful stay at Fred Hotel. The staff was friendly, and very helpful. The hotel is located between two metro stations which makes it easy to get around as well as being close to many restaurants, bakeries and shops. This was our first hotel stay in Europe on our 3 week vacation and at the end of our vacation we felt that Fred Hotel was our favorite.

The location is not central, however, it's not inconvenient at all. In fact, we loved being away from touristy location. The local restaurants near the hotel were exactly what we are looking for. They are not like touristy restaurants by eiffel tower. The hotel room is small but well designed and we never felt uncomfortable. The hotel staff were all nice. The restaurant recommendation was perfect too!!

When I got the chance to tack a few vacation days on to the end of my first business trip to France, I did lots of online research before choosing a hotel. The price for Fred Hotel was within my budget, the location within easy reach of the hotel I stayed in while on business, and the reviews were excellent. Still, I was worried. But my concerns were unfounded. The staff were warm, friendly, and both tolerant of my limited French and quite willing to speak in English. The room was tiny by US standards, but well-appointed and immaculate. My husband - a frequent business traveler-- joined me for several days and said that he often found himself in smaller rooms on business trips in Germany. And there was free Wifi, too! Fred Hotel is located in a diverse neighborhood. There is a Monoprix grocery/department store just a half block away, along with stores offering fresh produce, baked goods, wine, chocolates, and meats all within a block or two. There were Italian, Asian, and Turkish restaurants on the 1.5 block walk to Plaisance metro station, as well as bistros and cafes in every direction. There was a well-stocked pharmacy near the metro station, which came in very handy for treating the blisters I developed from all the walking we did! Take note that breakfast is not always included. -- we had some confusion over that. Otherwise, not a sour note to our stay in this lovely little hotel.

Wonderful hotel outside the center of Paris. Very modern, clean and chic with very attractive rooms. Even the bathroom was extremely modern and attractive with stone walls in the shower. The entire room was very inviting, although small, but still very comfortable. I've traveled a lot in Europe and I would give the Fred Hotel my highest recommendation for the money. It was two blocks from the metro and in a residential neighborhood which for me was a great attraction as opposed to being in a highly trafficked tourist area. You really got to see how the Parisians live and eat in this wonderful neighborhood.

We loved the neighborhood in that it was a 'real' Paris area with almost no tourists (like ourselves) and yet it felt very safe and quite convenient via the Metro. Also the room was quite clean and the staff were extraordinarily nice & spoke English. On the downside, we were in two different rooms during our three day stay (we booked an extra day separately) and couldn't get the heat/air to work in either room. Fortunately, the evening was cool and opening the window served nicely, albeit, at the cost of some street noise. Although we booked and paid for a "superior" room for all three nights, they didn't have a "superior" room for the third night and the smaller size was noticeable because even the "superior" room was very small. We booked and paid for a "king sized bed", however in neither room was the bed anything close to king sized. Their explanation was that 'this IS a French king sized bed'. I wish I'd had a measuring tape so I could provide the exact measurements but just guessing I'd say that the "superior" room bed was just a little smaller than an American queen, whereas in the "classic" room it was the size of an American double (or full). To compensate us for not providing the "superior" room (that we'd already paid for) on the last night they offered up a free breakfast. This turned out OK.

recently stayed at the Fred Hotel. it has been recently modernised but some deluxe rooms lack a shower and on the top floor the sloping roof severly resticts access to already small rooms. it is in a poor area of paris and although advertised in the montparnasse are it is 3 stops away on the metro. the breakfast room simply cannot accomadate more tha 8 people at anyone time so aften a wait for a table. the other problem was our room was on the ground floor next to the smoking area where the breakfast waiter and night porter gathered to talk loudly and smoke from 6.00am.

I will first start out by saying the hotel itself has a great look, design, and modern atmosphere. With that said, the Fred Hotel's staff is incompitent, lazy, and unhelpful. When it came to cleaning the room, our beds were always made but everything else in the room from the coffee pods to the toilet paper were rarely refilled. At one point we actually had to ask the maid for more toilet paper, even though she had just finished with our room minutes before. When it came to asking for ice, we were directed to try the bar across the street. When we needed to use the hotel lobbies computer for its printer, the internet was down, not uncommon, but the receptionist could not be bothered to get up from the lounge area where he was watching T.V. to instruct us that the internet was in fact down. Instead he desided to shout that the internet was down, then wave us off with not so much as a smile. On a final note, upon checkout the receptionist was very confused if I had already infact paid my bill, which I promptly showed him the confirmation email and bank record of the sale back on the 11th of July. He was still unconvinced, resulting in another fifteen minutes of blankly staring and clicking around on his computer, finally resulting in taking down my credit card information and we were finally able to leave. In my opinion for the price and location of the hotel, keep looking when you search and overlook this hotel, you wont regret it.

Although the neighborhood isn't glamorous, Hotel Fred is. It's very mid-century modern, comfortable and friendly. For the price, a great hotel. Please note, if you want a bathtub rather than a shower in your bathroom, you have to go for deluxe rate. All rooms have comfy beds, soft pillows and free soap, shampoo, etc except oddly enough, no conditioner. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved the Fred, so comfortable and easy to get all attractions. Staff was wonderful,.loved the out door patio. Out group consisted of 4 americans, lots of nice bars in area

This is a lovely, stylish little hotel which pulls off the terrific feat of being modern but still warm and charming. The rooms are small as other reviewers point out, but if that isn't a big deal to you, then I would guess that you'll love this hotel too. The location isn't walkable to the major sites, but IS very close to a metro stop -- I actually prefer this arrangement because you get more for your money in terms of the quality of the hotel and the metro is so fast and easy, that the bit of extra distance just doesn't matter.

New contempory design hotel Very good service, friendly staff, clean room, well furnished. Near metro, easy reachable. Perfect stay.

hotel com quarto de tamanho bom, novo, funcionários bem atenciosos. Café da manhã bem razoável, diria até bom. Localização que é um pouco afastada das principais atrações de Paris, mas tem Metro muito próximo o que ajuda bem. O único senão do hotel na minha opinião é o serviço de limpeza do quarto todos os dias, na minha opinião é bem fraco, e para piorar fiquei 12 dias hospedado e não trocaram meu lençol nenhum dia, hotel com preço que eles cobram deveria pelo menos colocar lençol limpo todos os dias, ou pelo menos cada 3 dias no mínimo.

Dårlig internetforbindelse. Området var helt lukket på søndag og helligdag. Ellers hyggeligt område med fine specialforretninger. Dejlige senge. Metro i nærheden.

O hotel é novinho, bonitinho, reformado, cama confortavel, um quarteirao do metrô, em frente ao supermercado Monoprix. Mas me decepcionei com algumas coisas essenciais para mim... No banheiro o chuveiro é dentro da banheira e possui um vidrinho que foi colocado como boxe, um vidrinho pequeno que deixa molhar todo o banheiro, e o chuveiro muito baixo que batia na minha cabeça, nao podemos mexer muito para tomar banho e o pior foi que a água nao esquentava, nem no primeiro e nem no último dia. Era Primavera em Paris e estava 10 graus... Imaginem meu desespero. Detesto água fria e a hora do banho tem que ser perfeita... Detestei. Pra completar, queria postar fotos no Instagram, no Facebook, conversar com familiares, e a internet? Free mas nao pegava direito no quarto, ficava somente um risquinho e nao conseguimos fazer nada. O cofre tb estava sem pilhas, todo desmontado por dentro, reclamei quando cheguei e quando fui embora ainda estava sem ter sido arrumado e o controle da tv tb nao funcionava tive que dar uns tapas nele pq eu nao conseguia abrir, eu ía por as pilhas caídas do cofre, mas obedeceu com os tapas... Café da manhã muito fraco por 12 euros. Me decepcionei com o hotel. Fiquei no quarto andar, apto 46.

O hotel aparenta ter sido reformado recentemente, o que tornou os quartos muito confortáveis e bonitos, mesmo não sendo muito grandes. O hotel possui elevador, o que em Paris é um diferencial. O bairro é muito bonito e tranquilo. Tivemos um problema com as malas ao chegar no hotel (uma mala foi esquecida no Shuttle), e o recepcionista noturno nos ajudou imediatamente a resolver o problema, com simpatia e cordialidade. Recomendado!

Excelente hotel e um dos melhores em sua categoria. Bom atendimento, quarto com decoração moderna, bom banheiro, ducha, cama, limpeza, etc. O Cafe da manhã poderia estar incluso no preço como cortesia, já que a diária não é barata.

Hotel com quarto amplo, cama, banheiro e ducha muito bons. Tudo novo e bem cuidado. Atendimento excelente. Este é um hotel que voltaria a se hospedar tranquilamente. Pertíssimo da estação do metrô. Metrô, restaurantes, lojas e mercados a menos de cem metros.

C'est un très bon hôtel, l'accueil est chaleureux et le personnel très sympa. Ce que j'ai regretté c'est la poussière sur la literie. Du fait que j'y sois sensible cela a joué. Mais je garde un très bon souvenir, et j'y reviendrai acr cela n'est pas bien grave

両親との旅行で、宿泊しました。スタッフの対応がとても親切で嬉しかったです。お部屋もこじんまりしていますが、快適でした。コーヒーメーカーにコーヒーのカプセルあらかじめなかったのが残念でしたが。ホテル周辺にはレストランもあり、モノプリも近くにあったのでとても便利でした。次回も泊まりたいとおもいます。

un tres joli petit hotel, du personnel cordial, discret et pro. Une chambre d'une propreté irreprochable, nous reviendrons. Les chambres sont toutefois petites mais bien agencées, une nuit sur un bon lit et au calme, ca fais plaisir. je recommande sans soucis.

Propre et moderne, bien conçu avec un excellent sens de l'accueil. Lobby agréable et cosy, personnel très serviable et attentionné, décoration chaleureuse et agréable. Salle de douche très grande. Juste un petit bémol, la literie que j'ai trouvé un peu molle... Sinon à conseiller vivement.

Hôtel très propre, accueil excellent, mais les chambres sont vraiment petites. Bonne adresse tout de même.

J'ai trouvé l'hotel très sympa, bonne connexion internet, bonne douche et bon P'tit Dej.

L'hotel è accogliente, pulito e ben arredato anche se la camera era abbastanza piccola, ma per noi visto che serviva solo per dormire non è stato un problema, la posizione è ottima per girare Parigi, in 20minuti con la metro sei già in centro, la fermata della metro si trova proprio a due passi dal l'hotel. Personale gentile, l'unica pecca è stata non trovare l'asciugacapelli in camera come c'era scritto. Consigliato!

Voyageur régulier, j'ai trouvé ici une de mes meilleures adresses parisienne! De l’accueil souriant et pro à la chambre neuve, bien décorée et confortable, tout a été parfait!

Trés bon séjour, acceuil au top, chambre trés propre, personnel à l'écoute en bréf un bon moment au coeur de la capitale.Je recommande vivement.Emplacement dans Paris trés agréable avec l'impression d'être dans un quartier de province.

Accueil très agréable. Hotel très agréable, décor design et classe ! Douche légèrement trop petite dans la chambre classique.

首先前台会说英文，服务态度也很好。但是我的房间没有暖气感觉有点冷。。。前台说因为之前这个房间一直没用过所以他们没有检查过。。虽然跟他们反应过好几次，但是我还是觉得房间很冷，而且没有水壶做热水。。前台说如果我想要热水可以到一楼他会为我做，可是我更想在屋里喝。。。酒店里地铁站很近，有家乐福超市还有很多小卖部面包店中式快餐，但是我觉得离景点还是很远。。下次应该不会再选择这里了

tres agréable séjour tres bon hotel

Super mooi, recent verbouwd hotel, goede locatie met parkeergarage dichtbij. Niet te groot. Mooie kamer, van alle gemakken voorzien. Leuke trendy uitstraling. Netjes en schoon. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ontbijt mogelijk, maar geen gebruik van gemaakt. Dicht bij metro.
