Central Old Town Rooms - سبليت

From train, bus or ferry it is quite an easy walk. The owners email directions. The rooms are on one floor of an old building and are quite secure. Just a short walk will take you to the old town or down to the waterfront. The rooms have a fridge and teamaking facilities. There is no hotel service as such. We enjoyed our time in Split.

The location is perfect and the room felt very safe and secure. Everything was comfortable and clean. I would absolutely stay here again. Really affordable price as well.

Absolutely fine except i didn't actually stay where I thought I was going! I meant to ask why not, but it was just as convenient.

NO SMOKING signs everywhere. At about 2100 smell of cigarette smoke seeped under the door and inundated the room. Was able to stop most of it by packing a towel on the floor, under the door. Through the night there was a subtle odor of cigarette smoke in the room. Comfortable bed, but not as large as it seems. Double beds are two single beds pushed together, each made up separately. Good location. Only 5 minutes walk to the ancient city. Fantastic assistance by the owner in finding the room and finding parking. The owner met me at the city center and road with me in the car to find a curb-side parking spot. Turned out to be about 500 meters from the hotel. Curbside parking is free, but don't plan on moving your car during your stay. If you do, it's up to you to find another spot, and that won't be easy. Room was immaculately clean. Free, fast wifi. Area encompassing the Nirvana Rooms was immaculately clean. Stairs approaching the Nirvana Room were unkept resembling a stairwell in a communist-era apartment block. Good satellite TV with plenty of English-language channels. Only enough hot water for about a 4-minute shower. No back-to-back showers. Tiny water heater. Two flights of cement stairs to the room. No elevator. Cash only! In the end I recommend this pension if you're on a budget and you're okay with the primary downfalls (little hot water, cigarette smoke smell, parking situation, no elevator). If not, there are plenty of other places in town.

For the price a very good place to stay. Couldn't be handier for exploring historic Split. Parking is not ideal - very narrow streets to manoeuvre but that can't be helped - but it is included in the price as is free wi-fi and air con which was needed even in October!

Due to problems with the A/C in our booked room we had to stay in two different apartments in two nights. This was an inconvenience, and the first room was not very relaxing as it shared a courtyard with a hostel and what seemed to be the local laundry service. The second place was MUCH better, in a private courtyard really in the old town area. The saving grace was the proprietor (a very friendly Croatian lady) who agreed to a modest discount on the first night and was just overall super nice. A fair stay, but not fantastic overall.

Owners met us at the Bus station & pushed our luggage to our accommodation a good 10 minute walk. Provided us with cold drinks in the courtyard on arrival. Old building & ground floor rooms with use of outside clothes lines, very clean & comfortable, just a couple of minutes walk to the Old City & also good local restaurants, but not expensive. Walked us back to the station on departure after a 5 night stay.

very clean, perfec location for Split City centre and a great host. The owner met us as we came off the airport bus and walked us to the accomodation i would defiatey recommend it.

Mycket nöjd! Nära till allt. Trevligt litet hotell med en uteplats. Lugnt läge. God service.

They have changed us to another "Navina Rooms" . The outside building looks older than I expected for Central Old Town Rooms on the photos provided. Disappointed of it.

Houve mudança do local do quarto anteriormente reservado. Este onde ficamos localiza-se junto ao escritório da agência que gerencia os quartos. Pelo que pude apurar, os quartos se assemelham, sendo que este onde ficamos é ainda mais próximo ao Palácio de Diocleciano, a principal atração da cidade. O local do escritório, e também dos quartos, é numa pequena rua que poucas pessoas conhecem. Assim, o meio mais fácil é contatar com o responsável e marcar um lugar para se encontrarem.O atendimento foi ótimo, sendo o pessoal bastante prestativo e atenciosos. O quarto realmente é bastante pequeno, mas tem conforto e boa apresentação. O prédio onde estão localizados esses quartos é antigo e a primeira impressão não é muito animadora. Porém, dentro do quarto o visual é melhor. Dali até o centro histórico são uns 5 a 10 minutos de caminhada, sendo bastante fácil o deslocamento.

The room was amazing. It was just right size, clean and comfortable. Hotel employee pick up us from the bus station and guided to a hotel room. She also told us several important information. She was really friendly. Room location was perfect. It was close to the center and shops. I recommend this to everyone. Breakfast is not included in the price.

This apartment has an awesome location only a couple of meters away from the town seaside promenade. Close to everything: groceries, ferry terminals and bus stations - even easy access to Marjan hill - but no traffic noise and other disturbing noise whatsoever. Apartment was spotless clean and comfortable enough for our one week stay.

We had booked a room, but wasn't aware that the business to split into three different locations around the center of Split. Our room was near the given adress at Ban Mladenova. Nice quiet air-con room in a back alley, shared with another room and a local man's dining room. Location made trips around town easy.

Stor og fin leilighet, med 2 store soverom, bad, romslig kjøkkenkrok og stue m/TV. Leiligheten er i 3. etg, kun trapper opp. Aircondition i alle rom. Rengjort når vi kom. Kun 2 min gange fra strandpromenaden/havna i Old Town. Kort vei til bystrender og buss/taxi/båt. Husverten ordnet transport t/r flyplassen, og bar koffertene opp for oss:). Veldig serviceinstilt, og hyggelig!

Me and my girlfriend stayed at Split for two nights after had arrived from Bol, Brac. We considered to have an accommodation close to the Old Town. And that was what we got. We got a big and fresh apartment/room just at the boarder to the Old Town. Considering to the price we really did a jackpot. The excellent service host spoke English. The apartment was very close to the Old Town and also close to the harbor. Me and my grilfriend were very satisfied.

Me and my girlfriend stayed in Split for two days after we had been in Bol of the island Brac for five days. The room we got in Split was a bigger apartment with a perfect location. The apartment in its self was big and fresh. Me and my girlfriend enjoyed our stay very much. Spacial the location was good. We lived just at the boarder to the Old Town of Split, and a stone throw away from the harbor. Also the host speaks good English which definitely made it more reliable to stay at this apartments. I can highly recommend this apartments/rooms.

Finns inget att klaga på, allt funkade perfekt. Åker gärna dit och bor hos samma värd igen. Beskrivingen av boendet stämde till 100 %.
