Our toliet leaked, the shower leaked through the wall so there was a puddle on the floor by our bed, the drain in the bathroom didn't drain water, and I watched the maids bring our "clean towels" to our room by dragging them on the hotel floor. They also didn't change our sheets. We did not enjoy our room. We changed our room and it was slightly better, but I still felt dirty. The hotel lobby staff didn't know a lot of English, but who am I to talk, I do not know Malay.

hard to find parking due the renovation.

and reasonable good food outlet but of course the places are not within the walking distance. The ceiling was leaking and the water dropped on the bed, but the staff responded quickly by shifting us to the other room. Thank you. However there is a parking problem to park our car, otherwise it will be a superb stay.

Very nice in terms of cleanliness and hotel facilities. BUT so bad in terms of staff rapo with customers. NO SMILE! You all not working in a factory, you all dealing with customers! If this kind of service you offer to us you will never reach even 4 stars.

would recommend to my freinds

it was quite okay.i love JJ breads the shop beside the hotel. cheap yet delicious and BIG! great taste of nasi lemak and others too. friendly staff. it just that the cleaning staff leave unclean bed sheet beside the lift for almost a day. it just not so nice to see. very small parking area where we got summon by the majlis perbandaran langkawi because the receptionist never mention that we need to buy coupons for the parking area.sigh.However it is a very strategic place.easy to find restaurant and the best restaurant is of course WAN THAI RESTAURANT beside the hotel. tips: Go there on weekdays not weekend or public holiday.better service i think.

Overall i must say thank you to Hotels.com for giving me such a great deal during my business visit to Langkawi and it is suit to my budget. The conditions of the hotel are total suck. I'm sorry to say this but, i have a crack room at the side of the mirror (a big crack), room was dusty, unfriendly front office assistance, Breakfast food are lousy and however, it is still OK near to Langkawi town area. I was understand that bahagia hotel is expanding their building. Hope, i can stay there with new room. Thank you to Hotels.com :) my check in time was smooth. No need to re-confirm my reservation with hotel bahagia. I just bring my printed voucher from hotels.com and show to the counter. Fast! easy! and terrific awesome. Front office assistance so unfriendly. they only entertain international guest. that is double standard ! they should improve customers skills.

It is not necessary to stay at seaside as most of the restaurants at seaside are very expensive.

不知道为什么有人对这个酒店不满意,反正我们住的感觉很好. 前台很热情, 房间干净,东西也都很新. 我第3次去langkawi 了。 这家是最便宜也是最好的。 不过我们住的在他们扩展出来的新房间里。可能是新的关系。 我们住 131,132房间

saya amat kesal kerana buat booking hotel bahagia untuk penginapan percutian kami sekeluarga kerana semasa saya booking, dalam laman web tidak memberitahu bahawa bilik keluarga yang saya booking adalah di bangunan shop lot lain yang berhadapan dengan bangunan hotel bahagia. Lagi satu perkara semasa kami tinggal di sana, bekalan air tiada dari pukul 11.00 malam hingga 9.00 pagi..........

sangat memuaskan hati,harga yang berpatutan,tempahan sangat mudah.

Bland det sämsta någonsin. Går verkligen inte rekommendera Kuah town på Langkawi. Åk till västkusten istället.

其实，在房间大小的问题上，这样的地方已经算是很宽敞的了。在酒店也无非就是睡觉而已。我们连住了3个晚上，卫生每天都有人打扫，洗漱用品和毛巾也都是每天更换的 ，真的服务不错~~

Nothing Good to say about this place. Breakfast free, but awful. Rooms are DIRTY! Cheap, but useless.
