The staffs at the Cello Hotel where very friendly, they were a lot of fun and very helpful. The whole experience was wonderful my boyfriend and I had a great stay. Hotel was in a fantastic location close to everything; rooms cleaned well (on request, make sure you put your make up room sign on the door when you need room cleaned) air con cool and worked a treat. Overall very happy would defiantly return.

Convenience and affordable Hotel in Phuket, close to heart of Phuket. Strongly recommended for 1st time traveller to Phuket .Improvement : room feature like kettle, adaptor and hair dryer needs to be in place for guest.

Grei betjening, ligger like ved et stort kjøpesenter. Gå avstand til stranden. Anbefales.

we booked this hotel over New Year, the pictures and the information did not match at all. This can not possibly be renovated. The balcony was localized to a backyard with useless views. In addition, the unit for AC: n located on the balcony with a terrible sound. because the price was quite high and the hotel in general was mediocre, it becomes a weak ok.
