كنت متفاجئا من مدى نظافة و حداثة الفندق، الشيء الوحيد الغير موجود هو العربة المكوكية من المطار Heathrow

الفندق جميل, هادىء ، حديث و نظيف جدا. من السهل الوصول الى الفندق عن طريق حافلة فندق hoppa من Heathrow. لا مشكلة من وجود الحقائب على الحافلة. سائق حافلة الباص خدوم جدا يقدم المعلومات للوصول الى محطة أخرى في مطار Heathrow في اليوم التالي. قام الفندق بالاتصال و الحجز لنا في حافلة hoppa الى المحطة رقم 3 و لقد وصلوا في الوقت الذي حجزناه لهم. غرفة الطعام و البار رائعة جدا. طلبنا السمك و البطاطس. لذيذ !

يقع الفتدق بجوار مطاعم Macdonalds. تقع مواقف الباصات مباشرة خارج الفندق، و خط الحافلة مباشرة الى محطة 5 ( مسلك الباص 423، يستغرق حوالي 5 دقائق. فندق جميل و نظيف، مع مطعم جميل في الطابق الارضي. يوجد سرير مريح و 4 وسائد. استلام و تسليم الغرف يتم بسرعة كبيرة. سأبقى هنا مجداا.

فندق لطيف جداً ... أقمت هناك لتوقفى قبل رحلة الطيران, فقط لليلة واحدة. كان يمكن أن يكون رائعاً لو أن الإنترنت مجانى أو لو إستطعت إستبدال الإفطار المجانى بعشاء مجانى حيث أن رحلتى كانت مبكرة جداً. إجمالاً, أنصح بالإقامة هناك, قريب جداً من المطار.

أول ليلة لإقامتنا كانت محبِطة للغاية حيث كان يوجد مجموعة كبيرة من الأطفال يقيمون فى الفندق لحضور بطولة للرجبى فى اليوم التالى. لقد أشاعوا الفوضى فى الفندق بلا أى سيطرة أو إشراف من آباءهم. ما أغضبنى أكثر من أى شىء هو أننى وجدت أن العاملين بالفندق لم يكن لهم أى سيطرة على الموقف. الأكثر من ذلك, أننى إحتجت إلى بطانية إضافية فى غرفتى, حيث أن إبنى ذو السنتين و زوجتى كانا يتشاركان البطانية الوحيدة بالغرفة. ذهبت لقاعة الإستقبال و إشتكيت أولاً من الضوضاء و الأطفال الذين يجرون فى طابقناو يطرقون على الأبواب (كانت الساعة حوالى 10 مساءاً فى هذه اللحظة), و طلبت بطانية إضافية. فى النهاية أنهك الأطفال أنفسهم من اللعب و ذهبوا للنوم, و لكننى لم أحصل على البطانية إطلاقاً, و إضطررت للنوم متغطياً بإحدى المناشف للحصول على الدفء. قمت بعدة مكالمات لقاعة الإستقبال لمحاولة الحصول على البطانية, لكن لم يرد أحد. لكن أحب أن أذكر أن الأمور عادت لطبيعتها فى الليلة التالية, حيث أن الأطفال و آباءهم قد رحلوا فى ذاك النهار. قد عرضوا علىّ إسترداد كامل لمالى عن الليلة الأولى كجزء من ضمانهم. لقد إستمتعت أيضاً بالمطعم و شعرت أن الطعام كان جيداً. كذلك وجدت أن فرع كوستا كوفى الذى يعمل بالكامل كان لطيفاً. العاملين بالفندق كانوا ظرفاء و لكنهم قللوا من شأن أنفسهم فى تلك الليلة الأولى. لقد أقمت فى "بريميير إن" عدة مرات, و فى الغالب سأستخدمهم مرة أخرى, و لكن أتمنى أن موقفى لن يتكرر مرة أخرى.

Enjoyed hotel very much. Found it within easy reach to terminal 5, where we could hop on underground and head to central London. Cute little old pub 10 minutes walk. Maccas next door. Lovely bar and restraunt in hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Good overnight. the hotel staff was helpful when my wife had trouble sleeping with the comforter (too warm). It was quiet especially considering that it was close to the take off flight path. We walked about 5 minumtes to a very old English pub and had a good dinner and ale.

Yes, very good stay. Hotel is very good for terminal5. Friendly and helpful staff. Thoroughly enjoyed my time there. Thanks

nice for a short overnight stay. It seems like a long distance to walk from the hotel foyer to some of the rooms. But otherwise its a nice clean hotel very close to terminal 5

Very pleased with the hotel. Unfortunately the Hoppa Bus let us down on the morning we were leaving. Had to get a taxi despite having bought a return ticket for the bus.

Save your money and take the free city bus from Terminal 5 directly to the front door of the Premier Inn. It's the second stop on bus line 423.

Very nice hotel. Fast check-in. The room was very modern and clean. Has a nice breakfast for a nonminal cost. A free city bus takes you from in front of the hotel to the airport and vis-versa. I think it is bus 423

This hotel had a very busy feel to it, and overall, it was not a pleasant stay. What I objected most to, however, was the 4.50 pounds I had to pay for the transfer from the airport to the hotel. When we booked an airport hotel, we naturally assumed that there would not be any local transportation costs, but we were wrong. I think this should be clearly indicated when booking an airport hotel.

Directions to get there are poor but once we found it the front office staff were very attentive and helpful, just call 0 and i will do what i can for you. We requested a cot for our son and this turned up promptly brough by a very friendly porter. He suggested adding extra layers to the base of the cot and he would get some straightaway. However, he didn't return and when I rang reception there was no reply so I had to go down there to request the porter come back and wake our son. Overall though really good and easy start to our trip, no longer longer term parking at the hotel so used purple business parking who were also good but made me book online at their kiosk rather than offering same cost which struck me as odd but on reflection that might have been to avoid risk of fraud I guess. Free bus stops opposite and just two stops to T5 from Premier Inn, easy. Will use again.

As always, Premier Inn is comfortable and easy. Identical to the Premier at Stansted, so i knew what to expect. Service is good and rooms of the same standard at all the Premiers I've stayed in. Good situation for Heathrow. They don't tell you that if you walk up to the main rad, you can get a free bus to the airport, instead of paying £4.50. The car parks should be the same price, I think, the one at Stansted is £8.00 and at Heathrow its an extra £4, at £12.00 per night.

One of the cleanest hotels I've stayed at. Everything was just right. I do think the front desk employees should provide all the information they can on the HOPPA bus shuttle, without you asking numerous questions first.

Far better than the Renaissance which I found to be just awful. This is a utilitarian hotel that has just the basics but does them well. Quiet and clean room, friendly service, and a convenient stop on the 4.50gbp Hotel Hoppa shuttle. Would stay again, especially considering the price relative to others in the area.

I booked this hotel for my family from New Zealand as an overnight stop on their way back home. They said it was very good and comfortable much better than the hotel they stayed at in Greenwich for 10 days while in London.

My experience at the hotel was very good. My only complaint was the shuttle service. We were told conflicting pick up times and had to wait an hour at the airport.

Fantastic hotel,great prices,comfy rooms with plenty of space,great food,loverly bar area,very helpful staff and very easy to travel into London via tube. Overall great.

Probably the best value among Heathrow hotels for our type of one-night layover, but the Hotel Hoppa bus requirement from LHR to any of these hotels is a major drag: a complicated, multi-route, sparsely scheduled (every 40 minutes!!), over-priced, white-knuckle drag just to go a few miles between LHR and the surrounding neighborhood. No Hoppas run from this Premier back to Terminal 4, so you must cross the street to get the N51 (one of about 10 different Hoppas) from the Thistle. The Premier staff is helpful with Hoppa info. Restricted TV settings prohibited programming for a wake-up, so we called the desk and were told...we should program our TV. Advised the receptionist of the TV issue and he agreed to call us at 06:00; the call (and an apology) came at 06:35. Still, Premier runs a very good show, the rooms were spotless and new, and the staff was cheerful.

Check in could have been a lot faster as there were only 2 people on the check in at the time and none of the check in machines were working - still it only took about 10 minutes in total. The rooms were clean, quiet and perfectly adequate.

Our one night stay at the Premier Inn was delightful. Although the hotel was busy, we heard no noise at all in our room, no hint of all the aircraft landing and taking off nearbye, and we slept wonderfully well on our most comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was a treat. A trip in to London was as simple as crossing the street, catching a bus that came instantly, and then the tube from West Harrow. We felt this was excellent value for money, and would stay here again.

enjoyed our stay and would stay again,but was was upset when asked to pay £12 to park.Have not come across this before.Never been asked to pay in other countries.

Wow, what a quiet room! I didn't hear a thing all night, every night. I stayed 3 nights on business and would highly recommend this place. The staff were great, they had a nice bar with comfortable sofas and arm chairs, a cafe for snacks and coffees, ample parking which was good value. Didn't try the breakfast, but for £8 it's good value for a hotel. It is next door to McDonalds so I ate there.

The hotel is conveniently located to the airport with a free shuttle, the hotel is clean and nice, comfortable rooms but the hotel staff was not great. After a long trip I checked in and wanted to have a drink before I went to my room. I sat in the lounge and waited and waited and waited and finally had to get up and get someone. Same scenario at breakfast.

Hotel offers all the basics you need. Hotel was near LHR (but not connected to terminal). Impeccably clean and very quiet. Perfect sleeping room with quality staff, good resturant and wifi. Highly recommend if you have to pass through LHR.

This was perfect for our early morning flight from terminal 5, we were rested before travelling instead of having to battle around the M25 first thing. The hotel staff were very welcoming and checking in was easy. Hotel amenities were good and the room comfortable and clean. The bus service to the terminal was easy to use and very convenient. I would recommend it.

This hotel chain is exemplary. They nail all the necessary amenities one needs, but provide it in a very economical fashion. Customer service was seriously equal to that I've gotten in a 4 Seasons. Will definitely stay here again.

This is a great, well presented and well priced hotel. We used it the night before a REALLY EARLY flight out of Heathrow the next morning. Will definitely keep this one on the list for using again.

This hotel is very convenient to Heathrow airport. There is a bus service that take you directly to the airport from the hotel. The room was fine for one night and beds were comfortable. We would use again if we needed to fly out of Heathrow.

Stayed here the night before our flight. Good value very comfortable hotel. Food reasonably priced. Would use again

Stayed for one night visiting friends and family in London on a stopover through LHR. Hotel was amazing for the money - very easy T5 access (bus right outside hotel to T5), very very clean place and surprisingly zero airport noise from rooms. Fully recommend this to anyone who wants simple, no hassle short stay.

I arrived at the Hotel in the afternoon and departed the following morning . I enjoyed my brief stay in the Hotel, most especially , the security system which made me feel at home , at ease and comfortable. The room was very clean and the bathroom was sparkling. It was 'home away from home'. I felt like prolonging my stay .I will indeed recommend it to anyone I know.The quality of service was excellent. Please keep up with the standard. I was really impressed and I hope to visit in future. .
