Really enjoyed our two nights stay - only slight niggle was that we waited along time for our breakfast. All in all a great stay

I was very impressed with the helpful service. I came in late, 11:30 pm,, and their restaurant was closed; however, the proprietor made me a sandwich & got me a beer which was much appreciated! The location wasn't as close to the train station as I had been led to believe by the web info. However the surrounding neighborhood was nice and altogether a very pleasant experience.

We had a great stay. It was the night before my daughter's wedding and she got ready at the hotel as well. Everyone could not have been more friendly and helpful - so lovely and so knid. Thank you all very much. Everyone and everything was excellent! Our second night was just as lovely - thank you.

We are repeat visitors to the Coach and Horses and really enjoy staying here as it is comfortable with very friendly and helpful staff and is also very handy for the underground system and close to amenities such as Kew Gardens. There are also an abundance of really good restaurants in close proximity. Highly recommended place to stay. Our normal stay here is three to four days and we will come again.

Will definately stay there again. The hotel is very professionally run and also the team are very friendly and welcoming. The location is ideal for the Kew & Richmond area. We had tickets for a music event at Kew Gardens and the hotel was perfectly located only a 7 minute walk. Room was a good size, very clean and lovely breakfast.

An old pub where I had a nice clean room and friendly service. They offer free parking under the hotel. Friendly and efficient service in the bar for drinks and food. Location is very handy, not far from the M4 (just over Kew Bridge) and 10 minutes walk from Kew Gardens tube station.

The hotel is great location for Kew and Richmond in a nicer neighborhood with a fair few pubs and restaurants scattered about.However the stand-out was the people..the bar/breakfast servers, the desk staff ..in fact everyone ..were so friendly and went the extra mile for us : Example: we arrived late at around 11pm, and were hungry ..they offered to make us up some food but I mentioned we'd hoped for a particular type of food (Indian) and the evening manager polled the staff, got a few recommendations and called around and found one open and asked them to hold us a table and stay open late till we dropped our bags and got there... The reatuarant (RaRa a Nepalese/Indian) was excellent and they told us the Hotel was a great place and they always referred one anothers clients to each other, and they were happy to stay open late for us!) ..The rooms are quite simply decorated, but modern and decent, a good size for a London Hotel, and lets be honest ..its nice to stay in a real London Pub..where you can nip in a hoist a pint with the locals..Good job Coach and Horses!

Jeg tror hotellet lige er renoveret/ malet, men man har da glem at der er noget der hedder ventilationsstøj. Fra køkkenet går der en stor og uisoleret afkast skakt op mellem to værelser - 205 og 204 - som jeg lige husker.Den larmer, vi bad om et nyt værelse og fik det, men der kunne vinduet ikke lukkes, og iøvrigt var det sådan et "halvt" vinduer ud til en flugt vejs trappe. Og i øvrigt så virkede internettet ikke. Jeg tror ikke vi kommer igen
