Centara Manila - مانيلا

Centara Manila Hotel, is only very new , the b/f buffet is good, the room is very clean ,the staff is very nice and polite and willing to help as much as they can, the only down side of this is the hotel's transport is the peak hours of traffic its very hard to get a taxi from the hotel if you want to go to Harrison Plaza or Robinson Shopping Center it's better to take a Jeepney, it quicker.

we got 3 rooms to accommodate all my relatives from the US, the hotel is nice until on our second day one our room has a RAT, be aware before you check in ask all the extra charges like using outside local phone cal has a charge for 20.00 always check your bills especially on their free breakfast, all the staff to this hotel are very disorganize, they don;t know what are they doing, I dont recommend this hotel especially if your are from different country.

Nice new hotel. Great showerhead with high volume water. Poor stall design because bathroom floods when taking shower. Hotel is unknown to taxi drivers. Be prepared to give directions. Close to the bay but no view. Close to Malate church, Padis Point and Cowboy Grill.

Everything about our stay in this hotel was wonderful as noted in my ratings. I scored lower on the surrounding neighborhood because of the "nightlife" element, but honestly, in this area of Manila, this is what you're going to get. We opted for this location to be within walking distance of many of the places we wanted to visit. By the way, the breakfast buffet was amazing!

This is really a very nice hotel especially for the price that we paid. The rooms are spacious and always clean. Our housekeeper was Wesley and he did an amazing job of keeping our room clean. If I had one complaint about the room it would be the bathroom. It's a very odd setup for a shower/tub combination which lacks enclosure so water from the shower tends to go everywhere and the bathroom floor was constantly soaked after each shower which kind of created a hazardous situation with slippery conditions. The breakfast buffet was adequate but they really need to add a little variety as it seemed like the same stuff day after day but the staff in the restaurant was very good and very attentive which made for a pleasant breakfast experience. The rooftop pool was very nice and gave you a beautiful view of the city. We were very fortunate that there was a fireworks display nearby on the night that we were at the pool. Overall we had a very pleasant experience and wouldn't hesitate to stay at Centara hotel again when I return in about 3 months.

The surrounding neighborhood was questionable but never felt unsafe. No options in the way of walking to shopping, etc. Front desk staff was not efficient as it took a lengthy time to check in. Hotel facilities were nice. Room was clean, bed comfortable, and shower hot. The breakfast buffet was par for the course. Overall, not a bad stay for the price.

I like this Hotel over the Heritage because of it's up to date rooms and friendly staff. I wish that Hotel had free shuttles to the local Malls but over all a very nice Hotel.

straight forward as stated in the title. this hotel is new, rooms are clean and well maintain. hope the hotel management will continue to up hold.

This is an almost brand new hotel. It is immaculate and really very pretty in the rooms. Everything works great and the staff was wonderful. They spoke good English, were proactive in their desire to be helpful and really good at their jobs. The breakfast that comes with the room was served in a pretty restaurant and the buffet was excellent... lots of choices and a chef to make omelets or fresh eggs The only drawback is that this hotel is not close to the metro system. But Manilas metro is not very good. It is regularly patrolled by taxis and is on a Jeepney route so Jeepneys pass frequently. It is a good location in Malate.. I am a budget traveler and have been all over Asia and the world. Overall, this is one of the best hotels I have ever found. I heartily recommend it. I will use it every time I am in Manila.

the hotel has clean room and comfortable bed, everything is straight forward, very good for me for all my business trips and rest to recharge my energy.

ホテルの案内にはあったルーフトップカフェ・ジムがまだ工事途中でした。レストランにはアルコール類が置いてありません。全体は綺麗でスタッフもフレンドリーです

カーテンを開けられないような４つ星ホテルは初めてです。他の部屋の窓が2～3m先の対面に有り、カーテンさえ開けられないような部屋でした。屋上にプールが有りますが、10mにも満たないようなプールで泳ぐ人がいるのか疑問。玄関・ロビー共に貧弱で、玄関前の通りは、照明がなく、夜出歩くことは難しいと思われます。価格満足度で全体評価を１としました。２度と宿泊しないと思います。
