New hotel, nice bed, nice bathroom, nice flat screen. Services in common areas were superb. Nice coffee always ready. I did not make it to try the breakfast that was included.

I stayed in the Home 2 Suites for 1 night for a medical school interview. I chose the hotel because it was cheaper than most of the surrounding options, even if you included the parking fee. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick and easy. I loved my room, it felt like a really swanky dorm or small apartment. Everything I needed was available plus more (microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishes, flatware, etc). The bed was comfy and everything looked pretty clean. The Neutrogena bath products were a nice touch too. My view wasn't great but for 1 night it didn't really matter that I was looking at the parking deck. My window was closed anyway. I didn't get a chance to check out breakfast but it was nice that the woman at the front desk noticed I was in a hurry and made check out fast and painless. She even wished me luck on my interview! I would definitely stay here again and will look for Home 2 Suites whenever I travel for longer vacations. There were only 2 negatives. 1. I could clearly hear other guests talking and banging around in the hallway when I was studying and there was a weird, random whirring noise that may have been the elevator? Regardless, I didn't hear a thing when I was ready to sleep so it wasn't a huge bother. 2. The posted self-parking fee was 18 dollars but they charged me 20...

I would probably look for a more adult oriented hotel. Too many children, probably the kitchen facilities per room. And I had no idea the parking would cost $18 per day. I won't be staying @ your hotel again based on these 2 items.

Absolutely loved this place! Very clean and very nice staff! Doesn't even feel like you're in a hotel! I will definately be back!!!

This is a great hotel with a great location near Vanderbilt. Only negative is the parking fee was much more than expected.

This hotel was far better than anything we could have expected. The room was very comfortable, the decor was super fun & trendy, free shuttle was great, breakfast was solid, but the staff was absolute phenomenal! They truly made our stay one of the most welcoming we ever experience. We will definitely plan on staying there the next time we stay in the Music City and would recommend it to any of our friends.

Home2 has a very modern / trendy vibe about it. The facilities are well maintained and clean. Internet throughout the facility and in rooms is reliable and fast. I was very pleased overall.

The place exceeded our expectations! Very nice

We had a great stay at the Home 2 suites. It has a good location near Vanderbilt and the restaurants and bars in the area. The rooms were nicely laid out. Big refrigerator, good coffee pot (not one of those stupid one cup at a time things) microwave, dishes, dishwasher. If you were so inclined, you could get a cooktop & pots or pans from the front desk. They had a gas grill on an outisde patio near the lobby. Would be a good place for an extended stay.

Was as described and very pleasant to stay in. Especially liked the laundry facilities as we have been traveling arou d as a family.

I love this hotel. I was there for 11 nights over Christmas and New Years. I will definately stay there again.

Don't let the high review fool you. I chose this hotel because of the review score and I will never stay here again. The first issue was cleanliness. There was hair everywhere; on the bed sheets, in the bathroom, on the floor, everywhere. I booked the room because it was a suite (yeah right). They just crammed a pull-out couch into a regular size room. The sheets and blankets for the pull-out were dirty from the last user and just shoved randomly into a plastic bag. Next, the neighborhood. The hotel is in right across from a beer and cig store that has bars on the windows. Not the safest feeling in the world. There is no restaraunt on-site, yet they claim walkiing distance to many places. I didn't feel safe walking (a single woman after dark) somewhere to pick up food. I travel alot, and this place made me uneasy. When going to bed, don't hope for a peaceful nights sleep. You can hear everything in the hallways and the hotel is right next to a hospital parking garage. The traffic was one thing, but I guess I am not used to ambulances going by my window every 15 minutes. I hoped breakfast would be better, because they offer hot sandwiches and a variety of items. Nope, unless cold cereal, muffins, and a banana is all you expecting, you will be disappointed. I did write the hotel directly, and got a "Sorry, come see us again" reply, but nothing more.

This was a good hotel that offered shuttle service to the downtown district. Shuttle could have been coordinated better but all in all, it was a good stay.

We stayed here on our way from Chicago to Texas. It was great! All of the staff were wonderful. If we didn't have a car, it would have been a strange location. It was a nice walk to Vanderbilt and the Parthenon. The room was very cute and there was a lot of room to spread out. I would definitely stay there again!

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. very pleasant, friendly and helpful staff. wonderful cont. breakfast.

I loved this hotel. There is no surrounding neighborhood in downtown Nashville that is stellar so I did not mean to rate them down. They had a full kitchen, desk, nice bathroom. It was modern and Euro-sleek but also quiet and convenient for business. The breakfast could be improved but this is not the top of my list of priorities. I will stay here again!

This is a great Hotel and a wonderful concept for Hilton. However, we were shocked to find out that a parking fee which is equal to about 20% of the room rate is, due to location, almost mandatory. I travel a lot and understand that parking can be at a premium at some locations but this was Nashville, TN not NYC. It would have been cheaper to park at the airport and take the shuttle.

Parking fees excessive at $18 for self-parking. Unfinished building at entrance of deck is unsightly.

The only negative thing I can say is that we did not have hot water in the shower. Most of the time it was just warm. When we asked at the reception they said they couldn't do anything.

No frills, good value, nice people. A little confused at the desk at times, but well intentioned. A safe bet.

My husband and I stayed here for one night following a weekend trip, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and accomodating. Parking is a bit expensive ($18 or $25 for valet) but the valet servicemen were very nice and handled our car well. The hotel was clean, appeared new or well-maintained, and the breakfast was perfect.

I rarely write online reviews for hotels but our stay at Home2Suites was fantastic. We took our 4 month old for his first over night hotel stay and it couldn't have been easier. Parking was convenient, check-in was quick, room was clean and modern with lots of amenities. Will definitely stay here again when back in Nashville!

It was a great hotel with great staff that were very accommodating. I checked in around 945pm on a sunday and asked for a bar and grill close so I could grab some food and watch the rest of the Sunday night football game. They said the closest and only place available to order food was a fast food place, Wendy's. After driving less than 2 miles and closer than Wendy's was a chillis still serving. So a little lack of knowledge on restaurants. Also they charged $20 for parking and $28 for valet which I didn't see on the website. A little disappointed on the extra charges when parking at the facility should be included. All in all a well layed out hotel with nice amenities in the room like a kitchentte and a 42" HDTV.

Loved the hotel, the location, the staff, the city, but the management of this hotel was not good. The staff was very friendly and attentive, but they seemed like they didn't have enough to do as they hung around chatting alot. We were there 3 nights and on the last night we asked them to clean the room because it hadn't been cleaned at all. The first two nights we had to ask for towels and things. We were in the only room on the first floor and it was so noisy I thought there were 50 people in the lobby at 6AM, but when i went out it was only the staff.

A very nice clean hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful with places to go and were to eat. I was glad there was a parking garage, it was worth $18 a day. The hotel had a free shuttle to take you within a 3 mile range and pick you up.

The hotel had only been open for three months so everything was still pristine. Our room was spacious, well decorated and comfortable. It's such a treat to have a kitchen - with a full sized fridge...not a dorm fridge stuck in a corner. The staff was friendly and helpful. Only downsides for us, the printer was broken so we couldn't print our boarding passes & the parking is pricey ($18-23/day) Factored into our room rate though...it still felt like a good value.

Couldn't have asked for better! It is a new hotel, so everything was extra-sparkly. (Let's hope they keep the standards high, unlike that awful Aloft chain.) My room was perfect. Well-designed, spacious, comfortable, and I loved that it had a kitchenette! The 42" flatscreen could be watched from sofa or bed easily. Very nice... One small thing on the negative side was the spa. While fantastic in design, it was only at 95 degrees. Not warm enough to really relax. But again, that was only the smallest dissatisfaction. I will definitely stay there again! And I want to say especially how friendly and helpful the entire staff was- Thanks!

Our stay was very enjoyable; we found the hotel very comfortable and attractive, and the location was excellent.

Everyone rocks at Home2. Samir, Chris and Shivonne(?) you are all awesome. The hotel is clean. The hot tub is huge. The rooms are very comfortable. The area around the hotel has some great places to eat, check out Midtown Cafe or Tavern Midtown. It is not a bad walk into downtown where there are too many great bars to listen to live music. Then you can call the shuttle to get you back. I have never been to such a friendly city. This was our first time to Nashville but is surely won't be our last.

First of all, the people working for the hotel were really nice to everyone. This is a new hotel, so it is great condition. However, they still seem to be getting some of the kinks out of the hotel at the moment. We had one morning when we had no hot water. We told the desk and they found a valve that had been turned off by another staff member when it should not have been. It happened again the next morning and we called the desk and they went and turned the valve so we would have hot water. There was another day when one of the elevator's went out. The shuttle can take you to most of the things you want to see so that is a bonus. Just take note that you may have to wait a little bit for the shuttle, so plan ahead if you have a schedule and leave early. Overall, it was a nice hotel, that was a short drive from almost anything you would want to see. I would stay here again.. ::::: Note: They do charge for parking so know that before you book.

This place was wonderful and close to EVERYTHING. Aside from the charge for parking there even with us being guests it was great. The family loved it
