It's a beautiful place but there's a lot of walking stairs here plus the Internet and cable was out our entire stay..so it's circumstantial but it happend so

The views and hotel itself was really nice but the cable and wifi was out for 3 of the 5 days we were there. Plus I had a room that slept 4 but only had 2 ppl listed because I wasn't sure if my friend was coming and when she did they wanted to charge me for her to stay there.

Fantastic view from our double-pool honeymoon suite. Suite was split level where from our bed, we were able to have a panoramic view of Kalima Bay. Bed was extra king size and comfortable and could easily have space for four. Staff was attentive and courteous and always willing to help making our stay an enjoyable one. Be sure to have a room with an unobstructed view of the bay.

This is a very new resort with superb staff who are kind and courteous. It is located on the edge of Patong and a taxi ride to the centre and the beach. We did walk it twice but it's a good 40 minute stroll. I picked this hotel as I wanted a top resort for the first 4 days of my holiday, wanted nice surroundings to acclimatise and adjust to the time difference. I selected the honeymoon suite so we would have a great room to unwind and it was ok. Not quite what I expected, I mean it was nice but not what I would call a suite let alone a honeymoon suite. If it had of been my honeymoon I would have been very disappointed. The pool is nice and has a great view of the sea and Patong beach in the distance. The bar is not cheap but they do have happy hour offers. The restaurant has a rooftop view of the same and offers a very romantic dining experience with good Thai food at a reasonable price. The spa is a typical hotel spa but of course you can get a massage on the beach or in town for a tenth of the price. We enjoyed the stay and loved the staff but Patong offers better value for money elsewhere.

Great views, great service from staff. Bit of a let down considering the hotel was marked as 5 star, definitely not 5 star as it is still unfinished and needs defects worked on. Lots of problems with rooms needing fixing.. Potential to be 5 star once issues are corrected.

Stayed here for a night on our way back to the airport. Modern design, clean and a rooftop restaurant with a breathtaking view over Patong. I would say the only downside with the hotel are the two restaurants. We tried both and they are not bad but ridiculously overpriced (on both occasions we where the only ones eating in the restaurant). Get a taxi from across the street and eat downtown instead. Would stay here again.

I booked the grand deluxe seaview room and was expecting to get the bathtub area facing the sea as was shown in their website. It turns up that my room is located at the corner with my bathtub area is facing the swimming pool and the seaview from the balcony area is blocked by the wall. I asked the reception to get the better room and they adviced that the other available grand deluxe seaview room is worse than my room. Apart from the bad experience of my room, I enjoyed the swimming pool and the provided breakfast.

I stayed in his hotel for 2 nights. Spotless and very clean everywhere, built on the side of a hill.it was not easy to navigate around, and seamed a long way to anywhere within the hotel. It was also to far from the town and action for my taste. I would say it was catering for the Korean market rather Han the European. Having said that, it's ok for the price.

The quality of service was not the greatest. When we arrived, there was some confusion over the booking even thoough I provided the receipt. It was after 2pm and we still had to wait a while for our room. The reception desk spoke poor english. We were there for 1 night only and we had a 7am tour booked the next morning, so we wanted to maximize our time at the pool. We didn't get to our room until after 4pm. The pool staff were super friendly and the pool was amazing- the whole reason we booked the hotel for the night. The next morning when we were leaving, many of the hotel staff watched us struggle with our suitcases going gown and up several flights of stairs (even though there was an elevator, still couldn't avoid stairs to the room) and not one offered to help. The hotel was gorgeous but for Thailand, we expected friendlier service.

We really liked this place. It's new but completed. No work going on. Food was fantastic. All the private pools where terrific. Amazing Views! It is out of town a little ways. To far to walk. Only real complaint was that the hotel only runs a shuttle to town three times a day and last one is at 5pm. Because of there location they should run shuttles more often.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and all I can say was that the service and the views were just out of this world. What an amazing holiday and I have nothing negative to say about this hotel. Booked though hotels.com and no problems with our reservation we even got an upgrade! Thank-you for an amazing week that we'll remember for ever and ever!

The hotel had the potential for a 5star resort. Unfortunately it's not quite there. Seems like they opened it to soon. The rooms are nice but need a lot of detailing. Paint is not complete. There is construction going on all night which does not help your sleep, and the walls are to thin. We complained several times in our one night stay because our conjoined room had the tv really loud. Also the room next to us were smoking all night and it would leak into our room. The front desk had to bring someone up to put incense in our room to get the smell out.

I arrived to the hotel after a long flight and was delighted with the room.it was huge andnicely decorated.limited sea view.the room however defenitely need some touch ups as it didn't seem to be finished. The bathroom was filthy however, with toilet not having being cleaned and hairs all over the bathroom.the bath tub was dirty.I went to the reception desk and told then and expected to be changed to another room on the same level as it was past midnight when I arrived.the receptionists however asked me to go back to the room and that they would send a. leaner.he arrived at 12.15 and I had to sit in the room waiting,exhausted and embarrassed, while he cleaned the bathroom.it wasn't the best of experiences and I felt it was unprofessional.I told the reception staff about this the following morning but they didnt have the best English and couldn't understand.the pool was lovely and the breakfast was amazing in the top floor with a wonderful view.there us still some construction work going on and there is an occasional sewage smell, but it will be a nice hotel when finished.

Our room was not ready when we got to the hotel. I was told thru emails before we arrived that the hotel would be complete and there would be no construction. When we arrived, there were still a big construction site in the front of the hotel, which was a sight for sore eyes. The drain in the shower was not draining when we finally got into our room and then I had to wait for 2 hours to get service and this was after calling the front desk three times and end up having to go down to the front desk for help. The cable tv was blurry the whole time we stayed there. The hotel said it is due to the construction. The majority of the staff put on a false kindness and pretending smile. Especially on our departure, we didn't even get a "thank you" or " have a nice trip". Only one staff member stood out to us. Her name is Pen at the Malika Restaurant. She was genuinely kind to us from the first day to the last. After all the complaints about the hotel, our room was exactly what we expected and our view from our room was spectacular! Also, the infinty swimming pool was amazing to watch the sunset!

The hotel is still under construction, at least half of it is not ready, so very noisy and lots of dirt due to the on-going construction. Staff are very friendly but un-professional, the help offered by them is very limited. Also there's no life or escalator available, so you have to prepared for good stair-walk. The hotel locate out of Patong downtown, so you'll have to pay THB200-300 per way to get to the town, but the view and room design of the hotel is very magnificent. Breakfast is just average, but there's lots of trees surrounding, be prepared for mosquito repellent or you can get serious bits.

После длительного поиска, мы с возлюбленным остановились именно на этом отеле по нескольким причинам. Во первых, он находится в уединении от шума на самом побережье пляжа Калим, и в тоже время в 7 минутах езды от центровых точек развлечений острова. Во вторых, поскольку это совершенно новый отель, мы ожидали чистых номеров, бассейнов...и внимательного обслуживания, и наши ожидания абсолютно оправдались. Кроме того, при бронировании отеля мы заметили, что он не пользуется популярностью у российских сограждан, а нам как раз хотелось побыть в совершенно отстраненной от России остановке. Территория отеля небольшая, но очень органичная. Номер (мы остановились в Grand Deluxe Sea View) с прекрасным видом, уютный и просторный. Персонал отеля предупредительный, внимательный и отзывчивый. Питание тоже достойное. Единственным минусом было отсутствие у отеля собственного пляжа. Но мы ездили на ближайшие пляжи и отдыхали у отельного бассейна - с него открывается прекрасный вид на побережье.

전반적으로 모두 마음에 들었습니다. 일단 직원들이 무척 친절하고 서비스가 좋아서 즐거운 휴가를 보낼 수 있었어요. 한가지 단점이라면 셔틀이 있긴 하지만 대부분 저녁에 빠통으로 나갔다가 아주 늦게 돌아오기 때문에 저녁 5시 마지막 셔틀은 조금 불편했습니다. 리조트로 돌아오는 택시는 모두 단합된 요금으로 300 바트였습니다.

位置略偏僻，房间内偶尔会有小虫，其他都很完美。六尺大床很舒服，期待下次旅行！

不错，服务很到位，早餐也很齐全，风景一流。就是位置离机场稍微远了一点，周边设施不大方便。不过酒店也都有供应所需服务。

Our family (6) had a great stay at this new luxerious hotel. Located on a hill vith gret sea-view. Only 10 minutes with a taxi to the beaches in Patong or Kamala (smaller and nicer), but the hotel has great pools and restaurants so its hard to leave the hotel.

友人三人で行きました！すてきな景色、やさしいスタッフ、贅沢な朝食、心地よいプールに大満足！ SeaViewのdelax roomにしたのですが、ちょっと部屋は狭かったかな。 ホテルの周りには何もありません。なので、静かです。パトンまでは200-300バーツです。 2012年12月頃openしたそうで、きれいです！ とてーーもオススメです！

房間大，有海景，服務好！唯一不足，交通唔太方便，且落雨時瀉水地方有代改善！

Dans l'ensemble nous avons été plutôt satisfait mais cela n'as pas durer longtemps... Le gros point noir est qu'il y avait trop de Français !!!!!! Si vous partez en amoureux allez plutôt du coté de Kamala ou Rawaï ou vous trouverez de beaux hôtels beaucoup moins cher, plus intime et souvent plus luxueux. En ce qui concerne le ménage certes il est fais mais a leur façon !!!!! Et puis il faut le dire les tarifs dans l'hôtel sont très excessifs....Un hôtel qui se dit 5 Etoiles mais plutôt un bon 4 Etoiles.

整體來說是舒服的. 但出入真的比較不方便, 每次來或回芭東也要300銖. 而且上, 下班時間會很塞車. 房間夠大, 但完全不覺得是2012年8月新開的, 我房的房門有損壞的呢..住了4個晚上, 空調都會發出很奇怪的聲音.

Dette var grusomt! Et flott sted med mye potensialet, Hotellet var halv ferdig, heisen stoppet, air condition virket ikke, mye bråk av bygningsarbeidere på morgenen, i tillegg kom det to stykker og banket på døra kø 03 om natten, gikk naken ut og ba de komme seg unna! Tok alt for lenge å sjekke ut! Dette er faktisk! Den værste hotell opplevelsen vi har hatt! Aldri igjen, styr unna!

the location is a little bit far to the beach but is quiet. the service is just ok but no house keeping cleaned the room. we asked the reception to seperate the bed to two single beds but no one did it. the restaurant is on the top floor so the view is quite nice.

Neues Hotel mit schönen Zimmern, fernab vom Strandzugang. Frühstück ok. Für Badeurlauber ist der Strand relativ weit entfernt. Freundliches Personal.

The hotel is really very new and most of things are good. But honestly some facilities are not well cleaned. Still some remaining ash and vestige of construction. When we checked out, they didn't help us to arrange a mini bus to airport, instead, they told is only taxi is available from hotel to airport. But I found all mini bus company provide transportation from any hotel to airport. But in general, the environment of the hotel is good.
