The staff is new and must be trained to meet five star standards, however, they are extremely pleasant and very willing to learn. The physical location... is the best on the island. The food was superb but not much of a selection which will improve with time. The tours they arranged were with absolutely outstanding guides. Any negative comments I may have are due to the fact the hotel is reopening and will have some growing pains. Overall it was an excellent experience.
