Accurately pictured and described; excellently located in a bustling yet friendly neighbourhood. And excellent service from the management. A very very comfortable stay.

I can't emphasize how important the location of the apartments are. If you enjoy walking, fashion street is less than a minute walk away, Vaci utca (tourist street). Getting to the Danube banks is a mere 3 minutes walk. The apartment itself that we had was a 2 bedroom apartment and living room + kitchen. The apartment in great condition, working Internet connection (WiFi), washing machine, balcony and everything your heart desires in a furnished apartment. I can't fault the apartment nor the location we were put in. The staff has been very kind and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here and definitely will return back.

The Apartment was very clean and centrally located. We fiound it veryh comfortable at an affordable price. We would certaihnly stay there again!

No hot water, was the wrong hotel, was not professional at all. Wanted us to buy a 30 euro bus pass to get to the hotel from where the original hotel was meant to be. Had old food in the fridge and did NOT feel safe.

The flat is great. The kitchen is well-equipped. The location of the flat is also great as it is very close to the touristic places.

Almost everything...The hotel was centrally located and was quite spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here, if we are coming back to Budapest. The hotel staff proactively communicated with us to know our arrival plans and arranged for taxi pick up. Of course, we had to pay for the taxi

Lovely apartments with all facilities to make your stay comfortable including iron & hairdryer. Clean and well kept very central close to bars,cafe's,shopping & tourist buses. Lovely stay in a really beautiful friendly city and would not hesitate in recommending a stay in Budapest or these apartments

The location of the apartment was really good and it was on the 3rd floor. It was also really quite. We were a group of 3 friends who booked the place. Although we were three, we had lots of free space there. After I booked the place, the landlord contacted me through email and sms for further instructions. We went to the apartment after 13:30 (since 13:00-13:30 was the cleaning period) to take the key personally from the landlord. he was really nice and friendly and showed us different parts of the house. He was really patient and answered all our questions about different attractions of the city and where should we go. We really enjoyed the apartment and at the end we left the keys on the table.

We booked this apartment based on the info provided on this website. Some of the amenities mentioned-microwave, air conditioning as well as wifi and TV were neither there nor working. We were in an apartment on the 4th floor and when I called the number provided about them I was told that microwaves were not in every apartment and air conditioning was only in the apartment on the 5th floor. The weather was not that warm for air conditioning, but it was still mentioned. When I tried to explain to the owner that the apartment was booked based on the amenities mentioned, he said it was not his problem and to take it up with hotels.com and that I was complaining about stupid things. He also said what did I expect for the amount that I paid? When I mentioned the TV he said I needed to turn on both remotes, which I said I already had. Then he said they were working a few days before and made it sound as if I was a stupid woman that did not know how to turn on the TV. Then when I tried the wifi it said no service available and again it was implied I did not know what I was doing. No instructions were provided for how to connect to wifi. I will not stay here again nor will I recommend it. The best thing is the great location.

It was not good, because in the last day or so there was a problem and an alternative apartment was offered to me. This new apartment was cheaper and further away from the center and it was not possible to re-negotiate the price. Then a 3rd apartment was offered but it was not clean nor ready at the time (also price non-negotiable), so I decided to decline and booked another place with hotels.com that was wonderful

The apartment was tucked away behind closed doors in an amazing turn of the century shopping precinct currently unoccupied and crying out for renovation. The apartment was big enough for the two of us and was well equipped. It all had a certain charm and represented great value for money. Collection of keys went smoothly after a phone call from the airport to report out arrival and we were able to leave our bags in the apartment on the last day despite new arrivals and a late evening outward flight.The apartment is located just off the main shopping street and within easy walking distance of the large covered market as well as a 24/7 shop a few doors away. The Metro was very close so this is an ideal base for exploring the city. The only concern was that we were told to be very security conscious and to lock all of the connecting doors up to and including the apartment (all with different keys) There was a notice in the lift reporting a recent break in so we were very puzzled when we discovered that the doors were never locked by the permanent local residents and more worrying was the fact that the door from the precinct into the block was 9/10 left open by others! Despite these minor niggles we would stay here again as it was so convenient, different and good value for money.

Budapest is an awesome city. The apartment was an older-style apartment, so the condition was just okay.

The appartement is spacious and very comfortable. Location is excellent you can find by walking distance: bars, restaurants, shops, tourist atractions. A great value for money.

Amazing location with everything on your doorstep. Clean apartments with all facilities you might need though we ate out every day. Staff met us at the apartment for checking in and were very nice. Didn't need any contact with them for the rest of the stay. Would strongly recommend these apartments!

We had no complaints had everything we needed. Everything was on time in regards to pick up and drop off. Location was perfect we were in the middle of all the places we wanted to go. Staff very friendly!

The location was good but apt. was on fifth floor of a partly vacant, dark building with elevator service to fourth floor and apt. required four different keys to four gates and doors in order to enter. Size was less than half of described size and there was no phone, TV did not work and bed linens were not clean. Advertised clothes dryer, balcony view, down bedding and tub were not included. Heating was good and kitchen was adequate. There were no adequate chairs for the table and the only place to sit was on the bed. With no reception or phone, etc. one wonders what he/she would do if help was needed.

We spent almost three trying to find the place and then there was no one there since it was an apartment and not a hotel. By this time, it was so late that we stayed in a hostel across the street. The reservation did not make it clear that a person had to call ahead in order to meet the apartment owner. The address is a major intersection and conveniently right at a subway station, but we had to drag suitcases up and down stairs under the intersection as we tried to find the apartment due to the lack of good directions on the website. It was a good location from which to see a beautiful city

The apartment was beautiful & the location was perfect & the rooms were very comfortable. We had a wonderful stay. We would recommend this hotel to anyone we know who is planning to visit Budapest.

The appartment is in the city center. You can walk to the center (+- 10 minutes) or talk the tram/metro/bus at the end of the street (+- 5 minutes walking) and go to wherever you want to go in the city in no time. The appartment was very clean, spacious and all necesarry things were provided, even for a long stay (coffee machine, toaster, micro wave, laundry machine, ironing machine, tv, free Wifi, towels, bedding, ...). The whole appartment was very clean. The bathroom has a very good shower. Overall we were really pleased with the appartment. I can recommend it to anyone.

The aprt is spacious, equipt with full kictenwares, very save area, with a lift, strong wifi. The staffs are very nice though they don't have receptionist since it's not an hotel but a private apt in a residence building. You have to tell then yr exact arrival time then they can wait for you right there to bring you in to yr apt.

Exceptionally nice, straightforward and helpful landlord, whose advices regarding restaurants, clubs, pubs were worth a mint. The apartment is well equipped, very spacious and located perfectly --> Unconditional Recommendation!

The personnel was very nice and understanding when asking them to accommodate our luggage after the check-out, until the airplane was leaving (meaning for 6 more hours after the check-out was due) and also they were always ready to answer to any of our questions regarding the apartment facilities or city sightseeing. The location of the apartment is great, middle of the city center. I totally recommend you this apartment.

We booked an appartment for only one night and I have to say that we would have spent more nights there. The appartment was new, with a lot of comfort (microwave, washing machine, dishewasher, wi-fi for free). They provide also blankets and towels. Really in the city center (in Pest), in the center of the night life.

I liked very much the location right at the center of the city, the beautiful entrance and the big structure inside around a small square, with beautiful pubs and bars. Beautiful design of the rooms. Friendly personnel. Spa service. Wifi in every room.

5 members of a 3 generation family stayed at one of the 6-people apartments. The location could not have been better, we were right in the heart of the city within 1-2 minutes of walking distance from grocery shops and cafés and the 3 metro lines' common station: Deák tér. The apartment was spacious and clean and had a friendly atmosphere.

Everything was perfect!! Comfortable to stay with the real big room, clean and safe. There are all you need in this apartment such as washing machine, microwave, oven, kitchen with fully equipment, refrigerator, TV and wifi. Good design with bedroom, bathroom, restroom, livingroom and kitchen. The location was good and close to supermarket, so we can buy everthing easily. The staffs were nice and helpful.

My family and I loved Ferenciek apartments. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they not only helped us find things and get concert tickets while we were in Budapest, but also helped us with directions before getting there, they recommended a taxi services and gave very exact information on how to get to their place from the train and bus stations. The apartments are extremely clean, and they are well equipped, there are enough kitchen utensils and flatware to prepare a meal. There is a nice bakery across the street and a small grocery store a block away, very convenient. The washing machine works very well and left the clothes ligthtly damp, they air-dryed in a flash. The apartments have an excellent location, we could see all Ferenciek square from our window, very close to Vaci street. Highly recommended.

The excellent city centre location of Ferenciek tere apartments in Budapest was a real treat. In addition the cleanliness, spaciousness and facilities within the apartment were of a very high standard. The staff were also most helpful. The convenience of a supermarket across the road was great too.

Everything was just perfect! Great location, the room were very clean, spottles! Staff was really helpful and professional! I would definitely stay there again! The apartment looked like on the pictures, it was even nicer!

Good apartment in the center of Budapest with all services right outside the apartment, grocery, pharmacy, coffe shops, restaurants, change coin offices, metro, tram,.. Everything was in a good condition, clean, quite, the size was big enough, wifi worked correctly, big tv, big balcony with views to the city, and the staff was kind, correct and punctual.

Very well appointed apartment, great fully equipped kitchen, and a small supermarket directly across the road, and a larger one 2 minutes walk down the street. Apartment has a washing machine, which was a bonus as we had been travelling for a while and our clothes needed a thorough proper wash!

The apartment was very spacious and nice decorated. It had two large bedrooms and one large bathrooms. The kitchen was quite well equipped. There was a very big balcony. The location was excellent - in a lively neighbourhood full of shops, interesting architecture and lots of bars and restaurants. A major metro and tram station was a minute from the apartment.

it was a nice and confortable stay. for that money and position in the centrum of city is one of the best option in the area. if i will come back in budapest i will choose again this apartments without any doubt instead of any hotel. the fact that is a washing mashine inside is great especcialy for people wich are traveling many days. keep doing like this!

The main shopping area was just across the road with its many cafes and restaurants. The river was a pleasant 10 minute walk away. There is a small 24 hour supermarket accross the road and another one at the end of the road. They both had a good selection of cheese, salami, bread and other basics but frankly there are so many good restaurants nearby that we only ate in once, just as well considering the lack of cooking pots. The comfortable lounge area and dining area were very good so general layout was fine. All the quiries I had before were answered promptly and efficiently.

Found the staff very helpful and friendly, and the location of the apartment was brilliant, lots of restaurants and shops all close by. The room we had on the 3th floor was great! The bed was SUPER comfortable and the room was very quiet. We loved the bathroom! Very swish! When we enquired about which of the public baths to use, the stuff recommended the Gellert Bath and Spa because it was less touristy than some others. It took us about 15 minutes to walk there (we could have done it quicker if I hadn't of kept stopping along the way to look at things), but the walk was well worth it. It was brilliant and we stayed there the whole day. Well worth it and I was very grateful for the recommendation. I would happily recommend the Ferenciek apartmentsw and would stay there again if I was ever to return to Budapest.

Perfect location 2 minutes walking distance from metro station. You will find a couple of 24h supermarkets and nice restaurants close by. Rooms are very spacious, nice and clean. Kitchen is well equipped. There is central heating which keeps the apartment warm. Staff was really nice. Overall, great value for money.

Our stay at Budapest exceeded all of our expectations. Location of the apartment is in the heart of the city, main pedestrain area Vaci street. Building is monument, one of the most beautifuly building in the town. Apartment is big and very nice. Without hesitation, we will book our next stay in Budapest in this apartment again!

Beautiful, historic appartment block and individual flat near to all amenities. a pleasure to visit, a few things in appartment were faulty, eg TV but in no way did this spoil trip, will recommend to like minded people
