Hyatt Place Austin Downtown - أوستين

It was more than I expected. This is a new hotel a block away from the Austin Convention center, literally surrounded by great restaurants. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The room was gorgeous, although the glass bathroom door (beautifully frosted) wasn't much of a sound barrier to what was happening in the bathroom :) We had a good laugh. The beds were incredibly comfortable -- Loved it! Will definitely be back.

I really enjoyed it. The staff was great and very accommodating. The location is only a few blocks from 6th st and the rooms and beds are spacious and comfortable. I know it doesnt have a rooftop pool but it was great for the convenience and price.

Perfect downtown location with service that went well above and beyond.

Service - nonexistent...paid to valet park, got to carry our own bags. Breakfast was lousy. Thermostat in room did not work, beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Food selection was lousy! Best thing about this hotel is leaving it to go somewhere else nearby.

Excellent

Loved staying at the Hyatt Place since I could walk less than a block to the convention center and then safely walk to some fun places like the Elephant Room and restaurants and shopping. Personal, friendly service at the front desk and in the bar. I lliked the design of the room with a king size bed and soothing decor and a full comfortable couch for lounging and relaxing. Tasty daily full breakfast provided in an upbeat, trendy atmosphere. Will definitely stay there again.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good. Very close to the 6th street and all the fun. The shampoo and the lotion were not new. Iron was broken. Shower grout was dirty. Construction around the hotel is noisy. Too expensive (room + parking) for what you getting.

This hotel is fairly new and in pristine condition. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Continental breakfast had many options. The workout facility had plenty of modern equipment (free weights, 3 treadmills, bikes and one weight machine) and free headphones, water & towels. We walked everywhere except to SoCo, took a short cab ride. Even printed our boarding passes in the lobby. Only complaint we had was that we were on the 6th floor and could hear sirens and street noise. Wish we would have gone with a higher floor but we didn't complain to the hotel.

The complimentary breakfast had varied choices. The location was within walking (or staggering) distance from street fair and nightlife scene. Extremely comfortable bed and large TV. Free wi-fi a definite plus. TV controller did not work well. In house parking was convenient upon arrival but inconvenient when garage became full, somewhat overpriced for inadequacies. The immediate construction in area was bothersome for navigation.

I really liked the hotel, as well as the people working there. I was a bit bummed that the pool was tiny and inside, and would have loved room service. Overall I'd rate it as a 4 star hotel :-)

Typical Hyatt Place, but brand new - all is clean and staff is very nice.

very expensive very few amenities no access to water or drinks except in lobby for alot of money,shower drain was clogged light switches did not work phone did not work,remote for tv was very slow

The hotel was spotless, the employees were friendly and the location was perfect.

New hotel, exceptionally clean, very friendly staff, reasonable rate. Excellent location for touring downtown area. Complimentary breakfast disappointing. Self-parking $23 per night!!! A/C in room did not funtion well.

The hotel is well situated, with clean and comfortable rooms, but the best thing was the service. Compared to literally hundreds of other hotels I've stayed in over the years, this had the best customer service of them all. I was amazed at how well the entire staff has been trained. Every staff person I interacted with was outstanding. I have a new favorite hotel in Austin!

Overall Good! But there was construction going on next door that started at 3am and woke us up. It would have been nice if they would have taken that into consideration & put us on the other side of the hotel especially since they were not real busy.

Outstanding staff. Very courteous and polite. Best seen to date.

Loved the hotel. Right downtown. Breakfast buffet is wonderful. The customer service was 4 seasons-esque. Will definitely be back. Only possible negative comment is that we did not have shampoo when we first arrived. Everything else was top notch.

It was great to stay so close to the Action of Austin. This hotel is a bit far from the 6th Street activities, but there are great restaurants right next door and it is close to the park and trails.

Would stay there again...but bathroom door allows too much light..disturbs other person who is sleeping

Overall, very pleased with the hotel stay, Price, service and location are great.The AC vent over the bed is unfortunate as it blasts cold air right on you while you are sleeping and the staff isn't super familiar with the area yet - but they were extremely welcoming.

I enjoyed the stay. Very easy and very, almost too friendly staff! I loved the location too. I was able to walk to all the yelp/tripadvisor recommended locations. Also, very close to bus stops, making commuting around Austin a Breeze, even for a first time visitor like myself. I will be back!

The hotel was nice but not the best Hyatt Place we have stayed at. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms are nice but the beds where not comfortable. Also, the eggs for the breakfast tasted like they were fake. Otherwise, everything was nice.

The hotel is new and clean, and our room was spacious. It has comfortable beds and nice flat screen TV. The people behind the front desk are very friendly and helpful. We never tried the complimentary breakfast, which is served in the lobby. There's a bar and a Starbucks-type coffee and pastry counter. The location is very convenient for the Convention Center. You can't be much closer. There's a good, low-key crepe cafe around the corner for breakfast or lunch. It's close to Congress street and the bridge over Congress which crosses the lake. A short walk to 6th Street activity. We walked everywhere from the hotel. Only inconvenience is that there's a lot of construction going on nearby with many of the sidewalks closed. We heard construction from our high floor room on only one of the mornings we were there.

I'll recommend this hotel to other people.

I absolutely loved my stay. The staff were so friendly and the hotel was beautiful. It was perfectly located for the track meet that I attended. The children that were with me were so impressed and amazed by how helpful and nice everyone was. They were also impressed with the breakfast. I will definitely be returning anytime I am in Austin.

The hotel staff was attentive. The rooms were nicer than expected. The complimentary breakfast was also nicer than expected. The only issue were no safe in the room & also, the elevator wasn't working perfectly.

Overall Hotel stay was great! Valet Parking need to be better service.

Overall, this hotel was absolutely fantastic. From the time we pulled up outside, we were treated with courtesy, respect, and humor.The stay was for a friend's Birthday, and they provided her with a complimentary beverage of her choice. Anything that we needed was provided instantly, from information to extra shampoo. The only issue I had was that the soundproofing between the rooms (and between the sleeping and bathroom area) is fairly poor. Loud conversations from neighbors sounded like they were taking place inside part of our room. That one limitation aside, the room was fantastic. Comfortable beds, spacious, and clean. I would definitely stay here again!
