Staff are great and helpful wouldn't return to Patong but would stay in another HIE

I have stayed multiple times at the Holiday inn express throughout North America and I have to say I was very surprised. The open concept when you walk in was very welcoming. Staff were eager to help in whatever way possible. Loved the bathrooms concept. Beds and pillows were the most comfortable in our 3 weeks of vacation and all rooms have a balcony. Had a slight problem in our 3rd night with the power frequently going off, reported it and it was fixed however 2 days later the same thing happened, we were quickly changed rooms and the next morning we were provided with a letter of apology and complimentary beverages and snacks. I also have to mention that although the gym was small it was new equipment and definitely adequate to get a daily workout in. Area is great.. Quieter but in 3-5 min your in the hustle and bustle if things . Definitely stay here again

I stayed here one night after landing at Phuket International on a transit stopover to PP Island. This new hotel is extremely well located near the beginning of the main shopping street. It took me about 20minutes walking to get to the center of Patong district where I had my dinner. It is 1 minute walk from the famous Patong beach - just cross the street. The location is easily identified by taxi driver and shielded from outside noise well. The room is big, clean and well maintained. The breakfast is pretty standard american buffet breakfast but decent enough to brighten my day. The breakfast dining hall has big windows where you can see the beautiful swimming pool. The swimming pool is so gorgeous at night - I cannot find words to describe its beauty and you just have to go there in person to revere its attractiveness. The lighting made the pool literally shiny. Overall, I will not hesitate to stay here on my next trip to Phuket.

The hotel definitely looked great when I first arrived, with the reception area and pool look modern and new. But it's a great disappointment when I reached the room. We were assigned in block 7, one of the furthest from the reception. There are so many things spoilt in the room! The door latch was spoilt, the glass sliding door to the balcony was unable to be locked. The bed and bedsheet smelled badly. To top it up, the hotel was out of electricity on the 2nd day of my stay and the emergency alarm rang on 3rd day prompting for evacuation and it ended up as false alarm and the hotel staffs have not been able to verify the situation and half of the people in the same block actually ran to the reception area. This is terrible!

Had a 4 nights stay at Holiday Inn Express and I am extremely satisfied with my stay. The hotel gave a relaxing and homely feel, and yet also a place for business over coffee. Nice modern interior design and good service provided. It is located about 100 meter away from Patong Beach, and streets of shop houses, eateries, pubs etc. The hotel provides breakfast which may be low in variety, but at least it comes with quality. They also have disposable cup for coffee take away at no cost, something I hardly experience. The only thing that might need a little improvement is the following up of customer request.

Nice place in the heart of patong, it's a good decent hotel and value for money.

Stayed here for 3 nights while in Phuket. Great hotel, new, clean and walking distance to the main attractions in Patong Beach!

We totally enjoyed our stay at holiday inn express, phuket. I would definitely recommend this hotel for those who are looking out for a good safe accommodation with all amenities nearby. Positives. We mainly wanted a safe environment where we could leave our stuff back at the hotel and enjoy the sight seeing tours peacefully. And holiday inn xpress fits the bill. Also the patong beach (2 mins by walk) is right there, you could just get the beach towel from the hotel and enjoy a nice dip in the sea. Bangla road would be a 10 min walk. Negatives. Dont expect any resort luxuries. Breakfast wasnt great. Limited options for vegetarians. The pool was small. The rooms didnt have any complimentary. You need to collect them yourselves at the reception.

Only 3 months old. Everything is new! The location is awesome. Beach is minute away They have washers & dryers. Nice pool. Gym. Tastefully appointed furniture and v comfy beds. On the negitive side - staff does not speak good English & walls are thin. Noisy at night. Construction on one side of hotel continues till midnight

Nice and cosy lobby, Nice pool. Good location. However, need to improve on housekeeping. Room door wasn't locked when we checked in. The room wasn't cleaned on the next day after we were out the whole day. We need to ask the chambermaids cleaning the adjacent rooms to clean ours.

No one offered to carry our luggage when we arrive at the hotel. Next day our room was cleaned at 8pm (a bit too late..) Staff looked stressed at all times with no genuine attention, only few exceptions. Good location, close to main facilities, beach and attractions. Looks pretty brand new. Nice concept design.

This hotel is pretty new and the room is clean. Its located near to the beach and around 10-15mins walk to Bangla area. The staffs are quite friendly and helpful.

Good To Stay Over There ,Very Contemproary Decor & Ambience, Centrally Located.

the biggest advantage of this hotel is its just 200m away from beach if you are a beach lover.. and this is located near Patong beach which is the happening beach in Phuket. Lot of good eating joints in Patong.. Overall a nice hotel and the front desk staffs are quite helpful.. the rooms are new which is a plus point and a lovely swimming pool. But if ur expecting 5 star type treatment then this is not the place.. this is the self service version of Holiday inn resort if i understand correctly.. but this is really good.. worth the money.. also to mention they have an amazing fried rice in breakfast which is the best i had in my life till now..

I was so glad I had chosen to stay here because this newly opened hotel is in a very nice quiet area without a building site next door. Not something that can be said for much of Phuket. There were plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. The hotel pool was lovely and much nicer for sunbathing than sitting on the crowded beach. Highly recommend this as a place to stay.

Near to the beach and market 2min walk, very resionably priced new built and morden too good

オープンして1年未満のホテルなのでロビー、受付、部屋、プール、どこも新しくて気持ちが良い。ホテル内、Wifiがストレスなくどこでもサクサク繋がる。アジア人が少なくヨーロッパ人が多い。スタッフがとてもフレンドリーで思いやりがある。お部屋にアメニティは何もないが、歯ブラシなど受付に行けばくれる。部屋の壁はあまり厚くない。朝食の場所が一日中レストランとしてオープンしていればもっと便利だと思う。

印象良好，房間新及整潔，早餐精美，特別是任飲咖啡及可供帶走。

Det meste meget bra, men svakt med misforståelser ved utvidelse av oppholdet i forhold til housekeeping. Fin frokost. lyse og fine rom. Rolig beliggenhet.

Bra läge, lugnt men ändå bara några minuters gångväg till restauranger och uteliv. Rent och fräscht på rummet och alla allmänna utrymmen. Stor frukost. Mycket bra pool. Trevlig personal. Allt var perfekt!

Moderne, helt nytt hotell. God beliggenhet, rett ved stranden, relativt rolig gate. Deilige senger!! Litt lytt mellom conecting rooms .Hyggelig serviceminded betjening i resepsjonen som snakket relativt godt engelsk. Enkel frokost.

Gostei: da piscina, do quarto, da cama, roupa de cama e banho, localização, decoração. O ar do quarto parou de funcionar e arrumaram imediatamente. Não gostei: a limpeza do quarto foi realizada, mas foram deixados copos sujos, toalhas de praia sujas no chão, garrafas vazias. Ao fazer o check in tb havia alimentos usados dentro do frigobar que não foram tirados. No café da manhã não há frios. As paredes são muito finas, se o seu vizinho for barulhento vc não dorme. Não gostei do banheiro, nenhuma privacidade, paredes de vidro. Ou seja, quando se acende a luz todo o quarto fica iluminado. Tomadas elétricas bloqueadas.

un hotel tres bien avec la plage a deux minute même pas!! point negatifs un soucis avec la chambre nos voisin on pu ouvrir la porte avec leur carte donc on a du changer de chambre. dans la nouvelle chambre un probleme de boitier électrique donc coupure a plusieur reprise une wifi qui ne fonctonnai plus avec le chamgement de chambre mm la reception na rien pu faire. la chambre na pa ete faite alors qu' on l' avis demander avant de partir en excusion

Hôtel idéalement situé sur la plage de Patong beach, à proximité de l'animation de la ville, restaurant et shopping tout prêt ! L'hôtel est localisé certe prêt des grands centres d'intérêts de la ville mais reste quand même loin de l'agitation nocturne qui règne sur Patong le soir, ce qui est un atout de choix ! Le Holiday inn express est très récent ouvert en décembre 2012 donc tout l'établissement est flambant neuf et les infrastructures modernes sont très confortables (piscine à débordement, laundry...) et une magnifique réception ouvert sur l'extérieur ! Les chambres sont modernes est très propres, et très bien équipées ( mini frigo, un coffre fort écran plasma wifi, téléphone..)! Le staff est vraiment professionnel et très serviable comme la plupart des Thaïlandais ! Beaucoup d'excursions au départ de l'hôtel grâce à la charmante hôtesse de l'hôtel Bee, mais attention à bien négocier les prix qui sont souvent gonflés au départ ! Le petit déjeuné est excellent ! Bref un hôtel au delà de nos attentes pour un 3 étoiles (voir un 4 étoiles selon moi), à réserver sans hésitation !
