I travel a lot and have the good fortune to stay in many nice hotels, but this might be one of the more interesting hotels I have ever stayed at. It is new and has wonderful and interesting decor. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Everything about the hotel seemed so ultra-trendy and fun. I wish I could have stayed longer. I was only there one night, so my experience is limited, however it will be my top choice when I am back through Sydney. My only wish was that there was some way to make my room lighter if I wanted it. The room was very dark, but I think it was part of the mood. Nice, but I do enjoy the light too.

All is gd except that u needa be careful to lookout ror the hotel signage since its tiny.

We got upgraded to a better room for nothing which was nice.the rooms are quiet and very nicely done up.the location is fantastic , across the road from the Queen Victoria building.only bad thing is the in room dining , not very much of a choice for breakfast and it was a bit expensive.Also asked for a tip which I don't really mind except the guy bringing up my room service is probably earning more than me on a Sunday.Well worth the money , we loved it

Rooms are very well designed and service is great. Great location as well. Close to darling harbour, town hall and wynard station

for a new hotel lights were not working bath tub was rusty,and room and bathroom was to bim lit .
