"Small but on the door steps of the Duomo"

Small clean hotel and our room was quiet small too, although separate bathroom was big. Not much of a view. Breakfast was simple but elaborate. Host/hostess were friendly, engaging and happily booked Ufizi tickets for us. Hotel is conveniently located and that's is the major attraction of this hotel. Probably not suitable for people used to all kinds of luxury and convenience. Good for couples outgrown backpackers stuff.

Floralia was a wonderful place to stay! Sylvia and Sabino were such great hosts-even suggesting great local restaurants. Our room was small but it helped that we had a large wardrobe to put our bags in. I would love to stay at Floralia again when I return to Florence!

We loved staying here. It is not fancy, but the charm of the hosts, Silvia and Sabatino, made up for anything it lacked. It is literally a few steps from the Duomo. Numerous restaurants within a few blocks.

I had read some reviews and wasn't sure it could be that nice, but it really was. Relaxed and friendly and well located, 10 minutes from the station and 2 minutes from the cathedral and the main squares. The rooms were warm, temperature wise too and we had a nice time. As long as you don't expect the biggest bathrooms, then you won't be disappointed. Also the owners are really friendly and helpful.
