I stayed in a lovely room with balcony just only thing it's I couldn't use internet in my room. Because my room is in the end of corridor quite far form wifi spot .

Dirty linen, dirty kitchen, no extra toilet papers. Spoilt our mood on holiday. Only stay there if the other choice is staying on the street.

I am usually happy to stay in simple, inexpensive places but I will not go back to Andy nor recommend it. The mattress was lumpy and the street, though narrow, was noisy til the middle of the night with motorcycles revving etc. and then early in the am there was garbage collection and construction noise etc.. When I aksed politely if I could be moved to the back of the building I was told "no" even though mn stay was for a week and people were checking in and out fairly regularly, it seemed. Also, the staff was there for very few hours a day so you couldn't ask questions whenever you wanted.

Mold on the walls, sticky floors, mold on the shower curtain. Really disappointed. I had to pay before I saw the room. The website says credit cards accepted, but they won't. I'll never go there. I had stayed in many hotels of the same price range, and never had something so bad. Don't ever go there.

I was very disappointed.

I love Andy Florence so much! The room is clean, really comfortable place. The location is the best to sightseeing, and quiet in the night. The stuff is lovely and friendly, they will help you kindly. I want to stay again.

Grosse déception. Aucun accueil. Une fois les formalités d'entrée signées, ils nous ont annoncé que la chambre avec salle de bains privative que nous avions réservée n'était pas disponible suite à une erreur de leur part, et qu'il faudrait donc partager la salle de bains avec les autres résidents. La fenêtre de la chambre ne fermait pas. La salle de bains commune était sale, les WC également (des mégôts se trouvaient dans la cuvette). Ils n'avaient même pas de consigne pour garder les bagages. Bref, hôtel à éviter absolument, surtout pour un WE romantique....

Il servizio è stato veramente poco confortevole. Ho dovuto pagare forzatamente la tassa di soggiorno nonostante fossi residente. La camera lascia veramente a desiderare.

The location is great. You can do everything walking from here and within 5 mins you are at the duomo. Andy florence is an appt with about 5 rooms. Only one of those has its own bathroom. The others share 2 bathrooms of which one cant really be called a bathroom but a toilet w a shower above it. Bathroom fcilities are therefore not very good. Marco, the manager, is a nice helpful guy. Amd can help w any questions. But please remember this is not a B&B. There is no breakfast and no staff is there except when you arrive (and you need to let them know when you arrive) you basically rent a room in an appt amd fend for yourself. Its reasonably clean but the place could get. Lick of paint and some more serious cleaning. For thr rest it is fine if you sleep there, and dont spend any time there. One last comment. We ordered a double bed but got 2 single beds smashed together in a bad bed frame. The bed was uncomfortable and we couldnt sleep together bc one would be laying in the ditch.

Pitäisi selkeämmin laittaa esille, että ei ole varsinainen hotelli vaan huonesto, jonka takia tarkka saapumisaika on sovittava etukäteen, koska respaa ei siis ole. Olisi myös hyödyllistä, jos varausvahvistuksessa olisi hotellin puhelinnumero eikä hotels.com asiakaspalvelun numero. Mutta kunhan sisälle päästiin asiat olivat hyvin. Kiva pieni keittiö ja ihan mukavat tilat, rento meno. Sijainti myös todella hyvä 5 min päärautatieasemalla (S.M.Novelle), Duomolle, bussiasemalle ja turisti-infoon.

Aivan ihana hotelli keskeisellä paikalla. Palvelultaan aivan mahtava. Näin toukokuun lopussa lämmitys ei ollut päällä ja huoneilma tuntui yöllä kylmän kostealta. Hotellissa ei ole päivystä, joten muistakaa tallentaa puhelinnumero ja kertoa koska olette saapumassa. Lisäksi toivoisin, että hotellin oikea puhelinnumero mainittaisiin hotellin esittelyn yhteydessä.
