Pros: Ample free parking, flat screen cable TV worked, upgraded bathroom, front desk friendly & attentive (usually requires ringing side bell), adjacent to Carl's Jr and 405 fwy, plenty of free shampoo packets in bathroom Cons: Stale cleaning product smell overpowering in room (why is this so common in budget motels?), ice machine required a quarter, vagrancy in neighborhood. All in all, it's not the Hilton but I'd stay here again for one or two nights based on price and convenience. If you're looking for a great atmosphere, keep looking.

This place needs new management and a lot of love!

The place is falling apart and the manager won’t fix the little things that would help. For example; several tvs in the units don’t work, or get reception. Several showers have no pressure or they don’t have hot water. Cars are constantly getting broken into, not by homeless people, but by a group that knows there is NO SECURITY HERE! Every room has paint falling off the walls and smell like chemicals. The cleaning staff works hard, but can only do so much. The management is corrupt and continues to stand by a single narrative that denies any of the facts one can see with there own two eyes.

Exactly what I wanted for the price. Area is getting a bit sketchy due to homeless camping around the corner. That's not Deano's fault, but just a heads-up. Inside the rooms: clean and tidy, very Spartan.

TV wallmount.... what Wall?

It wasn't the best and it wasn't what I expected for what was paid for the room. If you pay $95 with taxes, the room should be what is expected of price but the room looked more like a $45 a room night. The TV was off it's wall mount upon entering the room with 2 big screw holes on the wall and 2 small ones, plus the wall looked dingy and definitely looked like a new paint job was in order. If the room isn't worth the $95, then at least the bathroom should've impressed, but no tub, it was a walk in shower, floors need new tile or something that doesn't make the bathroom look like you want scrub the floor. I tried calling the front desk upon entering, but the phone just kept ringing with no answer. I did not go to the front desk because it had been a long couple of days and I wasn't really too clean and Needed to really take along shower. I did go and talk to front desk, which the agent did apologize but no room change was made because he said there weren't any rooms left, even though it was 5pm and not a lot of other guests had really arrived and checked in, meaning there were rooms vacant but just wasn't offered any of those. So, overall my stay was very disappointing due to what was paid for. I could just imagine what the room would have actually cost if i hadn't booked through Hotels.com😳. I felt it was inconsiderate if them and felt biased, based on how I looked (dirty) upon arriving at the front reception..Oh & the next room kept cursing at someone, felt 'twas toward me
