Villa Pinel Waterfront , Private Beach Just in Front Pinel Island /St Martin

We stayed March 2019 and used all 4 bedrooms with our crew. The villa had everything we needed and owner was very responsive. Pool was a nice plus. Close to Orient Beach. Definitely would rent again.

Awesome experience, will be back

We just returned from a wonderful trip at Villa Pinel. We were 3 families with children and we had a wonderful time at the property. It’s a beautiful, well appointed, well kept house that truly has everything you would need. The views from the terrace and enchanting. The location is perfect, right across from Pinel Island and near Grand Case and Orient beaches. Veronique was just a pleasure to deal with, so helpful, kind, and responsive. I hope we will return soon.

La vue de la villa Pinel est tout simplement magnifique ! Nous avons bien profité des kayaks et les petites excursions à l'îlet Pinel nous ont ravi. Véronique est une hôte attentionnée qui a répondu rapidement à nos questions. La villa est bien située, très confortable, telle que vue sur les photos. Le chasse moustique a cependant été nécessaire tout au long de notre séjour. Malgré le fait que les maisons ont beaucoup souffert de la dévastation d'Irma, les nombreuses plages et les restos de la partie française de l'île nous ont permis de passer un très beau séjour !

My husband and I were looking for a special spot to celebrate our tenth anniversary and selected Villa Pinel. We were not disappointed. The view from the villa is just spectacular and the home itself is beautiful. We have travelled to St. Martin for 16 years together (sometimes several times a year) and this is the first trip we have ever cooked home. The kitchen was outfitted with top of the line dishes and glassware and the outside dining area offered one of the best views on the island - why go anywhere else - you cannot find a better table on the island!! Veronique and Phillippe were gracious hosts and having them next door was an added bonus - always ready to assist and answer any questions you might have. Overall we found the villa to be peaceful, comfortably furnished with quality pieces and just the perfect spot to spend a quiet romantic week together. We found the location to be better than expected and were able to get to both Orient and Grand Case in 10 minutes - the Pinel ferry was only minutes away. Travelling to Marigot was also easy and fast. We would not hesitate to stay at the villa again......
