Airline cancelled our trip some months ago and ALL other hotels in Italy refunded us. The one exception was this one who said it was non refundable, regardless of Covid-19. So we feel we were cheated by the hotel and by Hotels.com. The virus was nobodies fault and we will be travelling next year to Italy, however, staying with someone else.

some staff was not able to provide proper info about public transport options to the city and the airport which i think for this type of the property is essential. more to the point that property is literally at the stone throw from the train station and trains do not run late at night at all nor the buses do.

Good location, shopping mall same building.good price that mall.

The hotel is in the perfect place to stay when flying into the airport/or if you have an early morning departure. The place is clean, staff is very friendly (the person behind the desk even remembered us from the week before!), it's a great find!

Super location, service, breakfast...top rate

Very comfortable, friendly and clean. Great location within 20 metres of train station and 20 metres of large shopping centre and yet, very quiet and peaceful..... Loved it!.

Everything is perfect! Super clean! It located in front of Parco Leonard station. They have microwaveable meals available just in case you are little hungry at night. There is a shopping mall behind but it is not fancy. They arrange shuttle service to the airport for €8 per person. I highly recommend for transit.

Adjacent to Parco Leonardo train station as well as a large shopping mall with multiple eateries this is a very convenient place to stay near FCO airport. Not for sightseeing in Rome itself, but for a night coming and going it fits the bill nicely. Fairly-priced shuttle to the airport, also.
