It just wasn’t what I expected. The room was dark colored, small and smelt stale. The curtains were dark and outdated. It didn’t give me a fresh clean feel. The beds were suppose to be queen beds but instead they were more like full size beds. The hotel has a sign that says “Smoke Free” but ironically It smelt like someone was smoking marijuana. We could smell it through the walls or outside the window. Lastly the breakfast was a granola bar, yogurt and mini water bottle pre packed in plastic bags. Not appetizing at all. Glad I only stayed for one night to be closer to the airport. Will not be booking again.

The front door in my room needs pull up for close, and when I return on the second day, my doors is open nobody close correctly because the person for houseekeeping may be dont know the trick for close the doors.

Noisy and smokey -- stay away

A lot of things come together to make this QualityInn quite unpleasant to stay in: - the walls and doors are very thin - many of the guests are often shouting to each other down the hallway, shouting at their children, or allowing their children to make a lot of noise in their rooms - the doors between the levels close automatically, and do so too forcefully, so that there's a constant slamming of doors - although the hotel is supposed to be smoke free, people are smoking somewhere and smoke would come into my bathroom through the vent unless I kept the fan on (and sometimes even with the fan on) - the hot and cold water are connected the wrong way around. With the sink this is just annoying. With the shower it means that you can choose warm water, or meaningful pressure, but not both. If you have other options, you should stay somewhere else.

No one was there for many minutes when I checked in. Location poor. They added early check in fee last minute never mentioned over phone.

This hotel and furniture are old. The Guests, who are smokers are allowed to smoke as you smell the smoke in the hallways and in the room. Location is disappointing for out-of-town visitor. Only plus is the room and bedding being very clean. The staff cleans the room every day. Front desk staff and custodial staff are friendly.

I did not like when the staff copied my drivers with out my permission. Im ok with just showing my drivers license. My concern is identity theft by some person copying my license at that quality inn.

Horrible hotel, book else where. No iron or microwave in the room. Fire alarm almost fell in my head, the room was soooooooo stink of marijuana. The place was nosey and the people that stayed there was just as ghetto as the location of this trash! Pay to go ELSEWHERE! Not WORTH YOUR PEACE.
