Family vacation

Had a great trip and stayed at our usual B-Ocean hotel. We’ve stayed at this hotel several times over the years. This trip was still an overall enjoyable experience but seemed to be a lack of staffing or something. Some days the pool area was not cleaned from the previous day. Other days pool attendants did not show up until 10am so towels would be unavailable. Other than those few issues the stay was still enjoyable and pleasant as always

Not too happy with the whole valet parking too much walking around just to get to your car back and forth a room will definitely not be going there again Charge you an extra 100 for Valet parking even though you tip the guys in the front

The bathroom was dirty and had hairs stuck to the shower walls. The face of the air conditioning unit literally and completely fell off of the unit. That could have been serious had I not have moved my foot. Overall experience here was not pleasant and definitely not worth the price. The rooms are non-descript. The view of the ocean with no balcony really doesn't add to accomodations. I would not recommend this hotel. Staff at the vallet was pleasant.

Awesome stop!

Love this place - beachfront and has great pool on beach. Walkable to shopping bars & restaurants. Rooms super clean and service was fantastic

Worst hotel I ever stayed at.

So I stayed there to recover from surgery. I got the ocean/balcony room with two queen size beds and the room was so small you couldn’t even open your suitcase. There were cockroaches in the bathroom and urine all around the toilet. The sink in the bathroom would not drain and the refrigerator was frozen up. The rug was filthy and the bottom of my feet were black by the end of the day. There was dust all over the pictures hanging in the room from the air condition which did not work very well. Overall I am completely dissatisfied with my stay. Having surgery and being stuck in that room was horrible. Now I’m dealing with charges on my credit card on a daily basis all over $500. When I called to speak to somebody he asked me what day did I upgrade my room and that’s one thing I did not do. Also there were several restaurant charges for dining in and the only thing I did was order room service. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Only one elevator working at time of check out. We were waiting for someone to help us with the luggage and personnel never arrived. I asked front desk for a room closer to the beach area since I have a child of special needs with Cerebral Palsy and my room was located across the street.

Was not happy that I was all the way across the street, to far of a walk from the pool/beach to the room again. I was not happy that the bathroom was dirty. We asked for them to clean it and they came but nothing changed the dirt was still there
