The stay was decent, but not very enjoyable, the location doesn't allow for free parking, but because any side or main streets in the vicinity is too far to walk back to the hotel. A shuttle is needed. The parking garage is way too expensive it was almost half of the price of the room rate $42. I needed a wine bottle opener, and I was told that they ran out of them. A hotel with a restaurant and a bar, but there is not one person who could help provide me with a bottle opener. The stores and shops where closed inside the hotel, and the hotel is not within walking distance of any stores to buy snacks or water. the vending machine was $2 for a bottle of water. The room had a distinct bleach smell, at least i knew it was clean, but if I am anemic then that could have caused harm to my health, and the bed spread was removed from the room. Sleeping under double sheets is not as comfortable as sleeping under a comforter.

1. I was charged $42 per night parking fee after checkout, but wasn’t told there would be a fee when I asked about parking. My brother stayed as well in a separate room and he was also charged a parking fee and he had NO CAR. 2. After checkout my emailed bill had a $40 charge from their restaurant I never attended. 3. My room had no microwave and when I called the front desk I was told most upscale hotels don’t unless you have a suite but there is 1 microwave for the entire hotel to share in the lobby of a HUGE hotel DURING A PANDEMIC. 4. Maybe if employees weren’t flirting with guests and getting drunk at the front desk this could’ve been avoided.

Awful one could barely sleep there was a women on my floor screaming yelling and banging on doors. Complete chaos in this hoter

Very cleanliness

During covid - they were lucky to have anyone there - totally empty hotel - but they gave us a room that overlooked another roof - rather than upgrade us to a water view - $45 to park our car in the empty garage - PER DAY!!! even though they weren't cleaning our room or had any food for miles... way to make us happy ... NOT!

Was on 10th floor with balcony with a beautiful view of the city..Beautiful hotel my 2nd stay there with good prices..i would refer to my friends and yes i will be back hopefully the pool will be open

The property is nice. Loved the location & the view. The check in was very disappointing. Charged $42 to park in an empty garage. And when asked about charging me to upgrade for a view, I later discovered my originally assigned room had the same view. So I was just charged extra lovey for nothing. Also considering mist of the services were suspended due to COVID, felt very unappreciated as a guest. Will NEVER return here. Appreciate your guests

After driving for 5 hours and spending a very long day at the Dana-Farber Cancer Center for my son who has an extremely rare form of brain cancer Arriving at your hotel was amazing. We couldn’t have asked a better place to stay. As a matter of Fact we plan on staying at this hotel every time my son has to go to the Dana-Farber Cancer Center for his treatments...which will be once every 3 weeks. Excellent hotel

Nice property but didn’t like that we were put into a handicap room. It took us a while to fix the showers. Staff was very friendly and accommodating thou!
