Very nice stay. Only negative was too many cars and too few parking spaces and trash that was left near the cans our entire stay.

The staff at the front desk very nice but unfortunately there was no follow up. I asked four times for the outdoor lights to be repaired, it was very dark especially unloading and icy, no cold water in the kitchen, there was no soap or shampoo in any of the dispensers, and the outdoor garbage cans were all overfilled.

One hotel to avoid!!

Carpet was not vacuumed. Maintenance was operating in the room when I checked in. Front desk, despite my obvious great pain, could not get me a room which faced the parking. Logging onto the internet was impossible. Front desk gave me a number to call and I spoke with, "speaking with" the person I reached is best characterized as not at all a speaker of English. I had no idea of anything he said unless I asked him to slow down a gear or two and as soon as het got the two or three things from me he needed his exceedingly rapid fire speech with a heavy, heavy South Asian accent was resumed. In the morning the coffee maker didn't work.

The only thing we didn’t like was that it turns out no handicapped accessibility to loft suites, precluding our ability to have the suite size that would have worked reasonably for us. This was a huge issue- 2 middle aged children and 2 octogenarian parents needed in suite assist so fit like sardines for 3 days in the only accommodation that worked. I have someEverything else was perfect, so able to make it through ok and have a good time. The pool was lovely. The staff was amazing. Amy and Deborah (and their manager) worked diligently to help us overcome the problematic space issue to make it the wonderful stay it was, with a king suite on ground level. Thank you very much Other things: The hotel has put up traveling medical staff at our local hospital, which is a true service to the community. Very near everything one would need
