Nice location near the border with small modern rooms with just what you need.for one night stay. The big plus is the underground parking . bedding is deficient and very thin towels.

The hotel was located in the Zona Rio which was great for us. We were able to walk to restaurants, shops, Agua Caliente Blvd, and revolution. Hotel was pet friendly with $15 daily pet fee. COVID precautions were literally everywhere, mandatory temperature checks, masks, and hand sanitizer before entering any business. Honestly felt safer than in the politically charged States. Hotel is modern. Would definitely stay here again.

Good place if your traveling with dog. Taco shops near by and oxxo store.

We wanted a brief getaway and the ibis was perfect. Except we couldn’t figure out how to get the heater to put out heat, otherwise it was a nice short stay.

We always stay at this hotel. The service is great and the room is comfortable.

Once again, This Hotel is Luke Warm so to speak. I can really see how this hotel is trying to survive and I really see the slow death to this hotel.

Small rooms, small bathrooms

They can be fairly accommodating but i had a puppy with me and i found out upon arriving that I would need a copy or original copy of the shot records for my dog or I would not be able to stay in the hotel there was an additional 1000 1400 deposit paid for a pet and they just charged me and did not mention it to me until noticed later that evening. Then unfortunately it was a rainy day and taking my pet outsjde for walks his feet were muddy so i cleaned off best i could outside carried my puppy up the stairs so woud not track inside and finjshed rinsing in shower. The next day i was told they were going to charge me 400 pesos from my deposit for having to wash the towel. I asked isnt it normal to wash the towels when a guest leaves and "they would have to use bleach and that cost extra" lol that is some expensive bleach Wow needless to say i stayed in the hotel for 4 days and felt that was unnecessary and that this again is how the take advantage of the griengos.
