Extended Vancouver Stay

This hotel was used at the start and end of our tour by our Tour Company. We had 4 extra nights in Vancouver and it seemed sensible to use the same hotel. No issues with extending check in and keeping the same room. Hotel is central to downtown and within quite easy walking distance of most things in the city. Opposite B C Place stadium with its impressive lights. Staff pleasant and helpful. Good food in Frankies restaurant- booking advisable

Riley is the best!

We arrived at exactly 1500. Hotel was busy when we came. Receptionist told us the room is not yet ready, then she's nowhere to be found. She didnt even get my CC nor ID for verification but , Ellen obtained our plate number so we can park at the basement while waiting. 20 minutes went by, I went back to get an update, the male receptionist just said "they are still cleaning the room" and didnt get my info. Again, went back to the sofa and waited for another 25 minutes. I was lining up when a female receptionist came to me and asked how she can be of help. I told her what happened, that we've been waiting 45 minutes for the room, no ones updating us about it. Riley obtained my CC and Drivers license info and, finally she got us a room, even better she waived our parking fee for 3n due to the inconveniences occured. Thanks to Riley!

Poor expereince

We stayed for 4 nights and had the following issues: 1) 1 out 2 card was not programmed 2) Ice machine on 9th floor was not working - it was fixed on our last day 3) Requested for room cleaning 24 hours in advanced and was not done. Front desk requested for 1 hour to clean and was done so so (toilet bowl was not cleaned) 4) Asked for receipt at check out and was told printer not working and will send via email. Still did not get yet Hotel is in great location but there are other plenty of hotels in the area with much better experience

Amazing Hotel

We had an amazing stay at Georgian Court. The service and room were both wonderful. The hotel is in great walking distance to downtown and nearby parks. My only complaint is that they don't properly maintain the rental bikes they have. In a city built for biking, I was surprised that the rental bike was in such bad shape. Overall, I would recommend staying here to experience all Vancouver has to offer.

Brilliant

Friendly staff, very comfortable room. Very conveniently located in the middle of town, but still very quiet, no street noises audible in the room. Very easy to get to the hotel from the airport. Beautiful room and beautiful bathroom. I loved that there was a Nespresso machine in the room!

Great hotel in a great location

Great location and amazing hospitality. Room was updated and nice and clean. Lobby is a bit dated and fills up quickly if a bus tour is coming or going.

First time stay, will not be the last

I was pleasantly surprised - great location, easy access to most everything we wanted to do, easy walking distance too. Hotel was clean, staff were helpful and friendly, loved the text messaging option if anything was needed. Only down side, 24 hour notice required if you wanted your room serviced, but they were there in minutes if you needed towels, coffee, tissue. Would definately stay there again.
