Our stay was very comfortable, convenient (only 10 minutes walk to TU/e. Check in was unfortunately not so good. We arrived at 11.30 am but was told computer was down until 3pm (we had been up since 3am). Alot of waiting around. We waited across the lobby in the restaurant. When I saw a couple checking in at 2pm, I asked if we could check in too. Only that I asked I do not think we would have been offered and no attempt was made to inform us. This I feel is not good service

Great location, clean and staff were friendly would recommend

The pillows on the bed were terrible, really, please change them, they were like bricks.The rest of the place is great and breakfast was very good.

Nice hotel very close to centre and train station

Well situated, 5 min walk to Central Station. Big spacious room and Bathroom. Could hear the traffic despite being on 7th floor but wasn’t too loud.

Could do with a new cleaning contract. I found a small sliver of glass on the room floor and the restaurant floor was decidedly mucky. Shower head leaking badly too.

Nice location easy access bar and restaurant downstairs. Large rooms. Carpet in room very dirty. Towels stank. Aircon was noisy. And the price is relatively high compared to other hotels that are more modern and cleaner.

Very central for the city. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The room was not cleaned in the 3 nights we stayed. I had to bring my own wet towels down the corridor to the house keeping lady. Coffee and complimentary water was added for 2 nights and the bins were never emptied. Breakfast was not great, the eggs were dry and dis-colored from being left under the heat lamps without. Overall very disappointing 520+ for 3 nights, and no cleaning, i dont think i will visit again. Finally, lots of shouting from parties in a room above us so sleep was not great.

Nice and clean with goid sized room. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
