Problem

Room was very comfortable. The only problem was no TV that's the downside especially when they now the room was going to be accompanied not a nice way to treat CUSTOMERS when the room was booked in advance.

100% will stay again! Brilliant accomodation.

Swuite is brilliant! Its about half a mile from Eyre Square and easy enough to get to as long as I'm not your navigator!! The staff are lovely and check-in was quick and hassle-free. The room was fantastic. I believe it doubles as student accomodation, but honestly, you couldn't get better. Our room had 2 double beds; plenty of storage; 2 desks with swivel chairs; a kitchen with fridge, microwave, all utensils (pots, pans, cutlery, etc.); and a shower room/toilet. It was very clean and completely quiet!! My sister and I had a good nights sleep... well, she did once she'd woken me from snoring!! I would definitely recommend Swuite and fully intend to stay there again. Its a little way outside the city centre (about half a mile), but on a bus route, so if you get tired you can take the bus. We didn't. Just kept on the flats and got our steps up! If you would like to wear heels out, I recommend taking those little bags with the pumps that hold your heels until you're ready to party...or on the walk home. Because I'm a bit simple, I didn't realise the room would have a kitchen when I booked, otherwise we'd have brought stuff for breakfast. We were only staying 2 nights though and Galway has a great selection of eateries! Would give Swuite 10 out of 10. We had a great weekend and the accomodation brilliant!

Pleasantly surprised and great staff!

This place was a friend’s recommendation and we were delighted with the accommodation. We had everything we needed. The staff were exceptionally wonderful - from check-in to our last moment. Thumbs up!

Good stay, amazing staff ..but some TLC needed.

Super Convenient location, walking distance to Galway City Centre, food, supermarket, ferry etc. Spacious room with a comfy bed ( for 2 what in Europe is rare) small kitchen and an amazing staff - super helpful and friendly people. The hotel however need some TLC. The shower curtain was old and disgusting/mold growing on the bottom - I requested it t be changed. The office chair was also full of stains and couple of the wheels were just falling off - almost fell out of it. So, little things like these could be improved for sure. Again the staff was amazing and overall we had a good stay !!!

Nous avons eu un soucis avec le premier logement qui ne nous a pas convenu. La personne de l'accueil nous a immédiatement trouvé une solution. Le manager a également été très compréhensif. En revanche, l'emplacement n'est pas top.... (Même si à 10 minutes à pied de Galway) La literie (nous avions des lits simples) mérite un 0/10, ce qui est l'élément principal de notre mauvaise note. Même si nous sommes d'accord que le Swuite n'est pas un hôtel, la qualité des lits et médiocres. Durs, ressorts.... Le parking est très pratique. Il y une laverie pour 3€ le lavage.

Mini Galway break

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. The room was small but adequate. My only complaint was road noise which is no fault of the hotel. I would certainly recommend this place to others as it is economical, has free onsite parking and is very convenient for walking into Galway town centre.
