Rooms are nice

Was NOT told about the WiFi. It's by the Metro so if the train or freight train comes it can be a while getting there. The big plus is that it's close to I-70 and Walmart.

Security issue and heating

One issue we had was with a suspicious car double parked right next to the back entry door. There were several men around the car going in and out for over 15 minutes. It was enough to make me park back in the front and make the hike at night through the hotel instead. Security was in one parking spot and didn't respond to me lowering my window and waiving so maybe he was busy. I managed to find a maintenance technician who offered to look into it. He was kind to stop and listen to my concerns. Also, check to ensure the heater is working on your room. The was a snow storm that night and our heater wouldn't kick on even set at 78 degrees. On a positive note, checking in we had a lovely experience!

Great Stay!

My 3 day stay at doubletree was so awesome!! From the minute I got There, they were always nice to me. Other than one guy at the front desk but no biggie. I was Able to text any requests, questions or concerns. That was awesome! I used My phone as my key. The bar was clean, bartender Jess & Laquana very nice. Buffet a little expensive for what is offered. I should’ve checked it before being seated. Overall a wonderful stay! I would Definitely stay again!!

Self Care

Service from the various front desk staff was exceptional. I enjoyed my stay and will return to this specific hotel whenever in the Denver area. Thank you to all the staff at the front desk for making my staff relaxing. The warm cookies was added bonus to help during my stay. I asked for late checkout which helped gain a bit more rest before my late night flight.

Never booking with hotel.com again

I paid for the breakfast with hotel's. Com and once i was there hotel made me pay more for breakfast.

Nice stay

Nice location, I was able to get there very easily. Quick check in clean property and decent rooms comfy bed and pillows. Julia was very informative and polite didnt waste any time getting me checked in. Price wasnt terrible either

Amazing stay

Our stay was excellent! Everyone, especially Sir Douglas at your Front Desk, whom I spoke to prior to Our arrival to request an early Check In and when Mom and I arrived early, Our Room was all ready! Which was a blessing since We had just driven 6 hours. I would also like to compliment the Lady Bartender, she was Awesome and what a great personality! The Food was delicious. Your Managers that day (4/14/22), Night & Day, were amazing and kind, everything running so smoothly. Not sure how much more I can praise Our Stay other than we needed your kindness during that moment in time. Thank you so much.

The rooms were super clean and the staff members were super sweet and very welcoming. Great place to stay!!! I would highly recommend.
