no pool, no shuttle

I had chosen the Crowne Plaza in Denver because I had good experiences previously taking the shuttle to the airport and enjoying the pool. When my son and I arrived to check in, we were informed that the pool was dewatered and that the shuttle was no longer running. Disappointed that I didn't save 50 bucks by booking at Microtel

No working air

Hotel is very dated which I could get over. What I couldn't get past is the lack of working air conditioners. We were placed in a room where the air wasn't even cool. A maintenance request was put in and we were told it was fixed. It wasn't because once we got back to the room it was even hotter in there. They then moved us to a different room and we had the same problem. All other areas of the hotel were cooler than our room. The hallway was even cooler. We barely slept due to the temperature. The night manager was rude and spoke to me like I was an idiot. He thought I didn't know how to turn the air conditioner on. We will definitely not be returning.

Sad but Terrible

Me and my wife were traveling to Montana and just needed to get some rest before getting back on the road but no this was the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had! The room wasn’t clean, the shower didn’t work, the air conditioning didn’t work, the power kept flickering on and off so it was impossible to do anything including electricity and to top it all off the fire alarm started going off at 3am and everyone had to evacuate .. we just said forget sleep, checked out and got back on the road. I would definitely say there are way better options around

Not good

Avoid this hotel if you can! This might be the worst hotel that I've ever stayed in. And this is why. 1. The lock latch is broken. Guess they are too busy to fix that. 2. No towels when we arrived. The room service number was not answered, and we had to come down to the front desk to get them. 3. A bunch of hair was found on the sheets, which was clearly not my wife's as they were of a different color. 4. The bathtub drain was clogged. Expect to get your feet and even angles soaked in water when showering. 5. The toilet paper was of bad quality. 6. I Asked for an extra blanket from the front desk and was told they didn't know where to get them. They said they would ask others for it and have someone bring it to our room. No one ever brought it to us. So yeah, that's why I wouldn't recommend this hotel. I've stayed in hotels older than this one but had never experienced so many disturbing problems. Very disappointing experience.

Had a 11 hour layover in Denver and when I booked it it said there was a free airport shuttle and after I booked it i went to go find the shuttle which never showed up because THEY HAVENT HAD A SHUTTLE SINCE JUNE. Uber and Lyft were both over $60 one way from airport to hotel. Ended up having to cancel my reservation and sleep on the floor of the airport. Not happy at all.

This property was in no way equipped to handle an NPC event. The ‘non-smoking’ rooms reeked of cigarettes, rooms were not cleaned and upon calling the front desk to inquire about this, I was hung up on. I completely appreciate the complications that have arisen with the pandemic, but this experience was completely inexcusable. The sheets on the bed were blood stained, wash cloths that were soiled were placed in the room as ‘clean linens’. At this level, it becomes a safety hazard. I was truly embarrassed to have our friends and family staying at this property.

They can do better.

It was okay. The rooms are not as clean as I expected. Little smelly. No housekeeping. We run out of toilet tissue and has to go run the aisles in a look for housekeeping. Restaurant take two hours and end up giving our food to go because we have to go to our next meeting. Not recommend this hotel. There’s plenty hotels around that area.
