Water pressure in shower was horrible. Shower kept making noises and pressure dropped extremely low, the tried to return to normal

Well this is quiet area for what i could observe, clean room,good breakfast, goog parking. I saw some not so good building conditions in some of the public areas to kind of worry lit trip hazards,as corners of carpet tiles lift. But overall good place to stay the night

About 30 minutes into being in bed, I'm feeling as if something is crawling on me, so I turn on the lights and look around. I see very small, yellowish, translucent looking specs on the sheets that were not there prior. I brush them off, turn off the lights and attempt, again, to sleep only to find the same outcome. At this point, I wasn't sure if they were bed bugs because my understanding was that bed bugs were brown and these things were not, so I wrote it off, but still didn't get much sleep. The next night I have the same experience, so reach out to a friend who explained bed bugs have a life cycle like any creature. They start out as something called nymphs which are yellowish and translucent in color. The brownish color they take on is a result of drawing blood and a later life stage. I go to reception to request a room/floor change because leaving at 1am was more of a hassle only to find two other guests checking out for the same reason. I swap rooms, make it through the night with very little sleep, again, and meet the manager the next morning to discuss. He asked if I had photos and said that he would need to investigate and find bugs himself to determine if a refund could be given. Neither he nor the night attendant expressed any element of surprise at my sharing the bed bug experience which was odd. This leads me to believe: they are fully aware of the issue and most of their reviews are faked by them to continue to bring customers in anyway.

Stay was well, but disappointed with the food, it’s ready made

Room was clean, bed was super comfy, bathroom was well stocked (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap). No shower cap but wife probably could have asked for one. The free breakfast (to go) was fine. Good coffee with flavored creamers made my morning! TV channels not tremendous but good enough.

Nice and quiet hotel off the main path but still close enough to drive to places for food and essentials.

Our weekend stay was fine (2 nights). Spacious room, Kcup coffee maker, fridge and microwave all in working order. Clean bathroom with nice thick bright white towels. Comfortable beds with nice sheets. No room housekeeping during stay due to COVID restrictions which was fine. No eating in breakfast area- also smart. Plenty of hand sanitizer stations.

Whoever reads this, please believe that this location is exceptional. Clean rooms, friendly staff, convenient location. Modern decor with crisp clean sheets, towels, and washcloths. Additionally, it has adequate parking and is close to public transportation, shopping, and restaurants.

We came up to visit Arcadia University. This was located about 10 minutes form the campus. It was very clean and the beds were amazing!! Even with Covid restrictions we got a hot breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurt and many other choices of muffins and fruits.

Stay was Great!
