Comfortable stay

The personnel were accommodating, professional and friendly. Buffet was great and plentiful. An excellent place to stay.

Gross and very dirty

Our hotel was very outdated and gross. When we walked in the room smelled bad. On top of that we noticed all the couches had tears in them. When we walked into the bathroom we noticed the toilet had left over pee from whoever stayed before. That was very very gross. We picked this place since it had semi good reviews, but we will definitely never come back again and we let other people know to not book here. The cleanness was very very horrible.

Questionable

It was a fun place but we were concerned for our safety. Other customers were smoking marijuana in multiple places around the property. We had our grandchildren with us and it was not a good environment for them. We would definitely NOT go back.

Horrible guest service

Hair in tub, dirty carpet, the restraunt service was horrible. Waited atleast 30 minutes for drinks, ordering and getting our dinner. Waited atleast 30 minutes or longer to check in. The Manager on duty was in a meeting and couldn't takeba minute to check us in.

DO NOT STAY - NOT FOR FAMILY- NOT A VACATION SPOT

I came here to Odessa to meet a friend who lives out here. I’m from Chicago.This place was awful. When I arrived,I thought I came to the wrong place. It looked nothing as the pics. I had booked two rooms, me & my 2yr old & boyfriend, & the other for my sister. They were “exterior” rooms. I don’t remember it offering an option for interior or exterior. Checking-inwas long, the ladies were rude. We get to our rooms to find the carpets filthy and the rooms smelled of mildew & cigarettes. Nothing in the room worked, microwave or the fridge or the lights, they kept going off & on. The shower was filthy and faucet coming off the wall. The sinks were in bad shape as well. I had to get 4 different keycards bc the lock didn’t work, they kept telling me not to put the keycards by anything magnetic but I only had them on the side table which was wood & the wooden dresser. We shortly found out that the hotel was mostly filled with oil field workers & locals. I seen multiple hookers going to rooms and the free breakfast. The orange juice was absolutely disgusting too. When I took my daughter to the pool there were 4 kids that came unsupervised & rude as hell plus racist. 3 boys, 1 girl, the girl & 1 boy were older the other 2 had to be about 9. Couldn’t believe they were cussing and one kid 9yr old told the other “did you just call me a n***er?!” They were white (trash at that) then they started talking about Mexicans, I’m Mexican. I took my baby out & left. Worst 3nights anywhere I been.
