Koora was Great. The family room (3 king beds) was perfect with an exceptional view. The restaurant was very good and the drinks delicious. Daiana and Diego made our stay exceptional - from taking time to talk to us about the region to thinking of everything we may need from flashlights to walk to local restaurants to arranging PCR tests.

Koora’s amazing staff

The Koora team were amazing - attentive, friendly, and accommodating. You just knew they wanted you to be comfortable and enjoy the stay. The food and drinks were amazing! If you like hot sauce, ask for their house made sauce on the side. I would highly recommend staying there!

The Koora has incredible staff and service. The private villas are comfortable and have everything to start and end your days like coffee and a comfy mattress. Lots of adventures can be booked through the front desk, and there’s a short nature hike right outside the front door. Look for motmots, orchids, and amazing sunsets as you sip cocktails on the restaurant patio. The kitchen can accommodate some food allergies and preferences. Note: Comms with the front desk are primarily through WhatsApp.

I cannot day enough about the staff here. They went above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable. We missed our flight coming here and did not arrive until after midnight. It was late and raining. The security guard met us at our car with umbrellas and escorted us to our room. They took care of our check in so that we could just rest as soon as we arrived. Everyone here is so friendly and personable. This is by far some of the best customer service I have ever received. The property is beautiful. There are so mahy animals and birds. The view from the property was amazing! You even get free access to a long nature trail for great hiking right on the property. The room was beyond gorgeous and so clean and comfortable too. The staff catered to our every need while we were here and knew us by name from the first day. I wouldn't stay anywhere else when I come back to this area!!!!

The property is gorgeous, with hiking trails in the back yard. The rooms are overlooking a beautiful view and they are cottage like, yet luxurious. The restaurant on the premise is fabulous and breakfast is included. We stayed there with our kids in a family room. However, be aware that despite being advertised as a family room, there is an extra charge for additional guests beyond the first two. Highly recommend staying here and they organize any excursions you may be interested in. We will be back.
