Terry the owner was super responsive to a few small issues that came up - gas for the grill, a grill brush, and screen door that needed to be repaired. He even had a plumber move a hose bib to a more convenient place for washing off after the beach. Thanks Terry!

Wonderful cottage, with perfect views!

This cottage was perfect for the 5 of us with the 2 dogs. Fenced in yard was so convenient and right on the beach! Cottage was well supplied and had everything we needed. The sunrises and sunsets were lovely. We would love to come again!

We took our family there May 3-7 during the NASCAR races at Dover. It it located perfectly in a private beach area, but yet just a short drive to Dover as well as to visit Rehoboth Beach. The home is absolutely beautiful and worked perfect for our family. Check-In was simple and we had no issues at all during our stay. The house was well stocked with everything you would need. The view from the upstairs deck is amazing! We hope to visit again! My only issue was that I wished we had booked it for a few more days!! :)

This was the perfect stress reliever - quiet and off the beaten path. The house is lovely - my friend and I would both love to live there. The weather was unbelievably wonderful for November - we spent a lot of time on the screened in porch. The beds - SO comfortable. Terry is a welcoming host. He checked in with us the day after we arrived and provided an extensive list of dining/takeout options with critiques. We would definitely like to stay here again.

This property was exactly what we needed - a comfortable place for my husband and I to spend a safe and socially-distanced long weekend (with our dog) over the Thanksgiving holiday. The house was clean, well-kept, and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated that niceties like bottled hand soap, dish liquid, tissues, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. were there to get us started. Appreciated host's recommendations for the area and great communication. We'd liked to come back to stay in the summer!

This house is really sweet, great space to visit with friends and family. Fun to cook in, hang out and just simply spend relaxing time together. Our Frenchie got cozy real quick too. An unexpected visit from the caretakers ended in new friends, as did meeting-the equally lovely-owners.

Our weekend away was made perfect by this beautiful home, overlooking the sand and water. Dinners on the upper deck, reading on the screened porch, and endless walks on the beach. The home truly was a home, where we had access to everything we needed, they thought of everything! We couldn’t have been more comfortable or felt more welcome. We can’t wait to go back! (The dog agrees too!)
