Good Location, Near Metro Station

Beautiful large room, but the bathroom didn’t have a magnifying mirror as in the photos of the room, and the towels were rather rough and old. The staff was professional, but not warm. Breakfast was just ok, nothing to rave about. The location was convenient as the metro station was near. They had a delicious sparkling wine waiting in the room upon arrival and they also gave us a voucher for a drink at the bar. This was a nice touch!

Room was large and spacious as well as being clean. Location was good, the only real issue was that the hotel failed to pick us up from the airport and we ended up taking a cab who then stole our credit card info.

A great experience

Excellent service. The staff is A+. The restaurant has very good food for a hotel restaurant. Great location just a block from the train station.

Well located Hotel, near the Metro. I arrived early and couldn't have an early checking, but the staff helped me with my bags and tried to make me comfortable. The breakfast is great!!!!

Regal Pacific Santiago was wonderful

We stayed four days and it was great. The staff friendly and very responsive. We’d stay there again if we get back to Chile.

Brief, but a very good stay!

It was just a quick overnight, but we had a comfortable stay. As it was my parent and I, it was nice having a bathroom area that was separated from the sleeping area. Although there's no AC in the bathroom, windows open a bit. The AC and lighting system is high tech, which may be a challenge to use for some. The hotel is conveniently located across from a subway station. Check-in and concierge staff were particularly helpful in contacting the airport when we discovered that we had left an item there. We would recommend this hotel!

Business trip to Santiago Chile

the hotel is located in a central area with coffee shops and restaurant close by. Also, is next to a metro station and Santiago has an excellent metro subway system. Staff is friendly. Rooms are spacious with good size desks, however the lighting is poor and hard to work on a laptop. The hotel is old and has a very small business center and a gym which looks more like a storage area, with little and very old equipment - practically no gym. WiFi is poor and the tv is missing all international news channels (BBC, CNN, Fox, etc)

a nice hotel.

the room is definitely spacious and comfortable as it seems to be renovated recently. I guess we were being upgrade to the delux room from the standard room. i was so impressed that the TV, the lighting and the air conditioner can be controlled by a portable tablet next to the bed which is so convenience. Image you forgot to turn one light off when you already in the bed, you can just turn the light off by using the tablet next to you. the breakfast is acceptable as limited choices for the hot food.
