Great stay, staff very nice and helpful, location close to stores and shopping if needed

The staff is always nice at this location, its an older hotel behind 3 other hotels, not the prettiest outside, but rooms are clean , and for the price you cant beat it

Not bad for the price. But could use some improvements. The bedcover has burnt small holes in it. My mom woke up with bad allergies from another pet being there and the room not being cleaned well. No breakfast offered even though it was advertised. No ice machine available if u need ice for medication like insulin. Price was fair. But it’s an really old hotel.

Super clean room, and very friendly staff. I overslept, but the staff were super-kind and accommodating.

The room was clean and cheap, close to the highway and within 35 minutes of Natural Bridge State Park and Red River Gorge State Park

Curtains had holes in it and didn’t close all the way letting in the light. The bed was absolutely comfortable even though the mattress didn’t have bed bug covers as a precaution. The mattresses were absolutely clean however. Smoke detector had been removed. Behind the hotel next to the pool was a fenced in area in which held a swing set and a vegetable garden. The pool house and pool area had pots clustered in and around haphazardly- some with plants (dead or alive) but most just had dirt. The landscaping appeared to be a work in progress but could tell daily up keep was still an issue. The staff was EXCELLENT - Both shifts! Best smiles and warmest personalities.

The gentleman working the front desk was very rude and treated us like we was below him or something. Plus I think it should be a crime how they set u up by giving u the cheapest price but then once there you are charged a $200 deposit and if u don't have the $200 cash you must pay the cancellation fee.
