Overall ok

Rooms were very clean but alittle small. Biggest issue was the street noise that made you feel your bed was on the street and the parking was very limited and over full both nights.

Excellent hotel

The room had a great view of the fox river. It was very clean. The hospitality was top notch. Highly recommend this hotel.

Clean, comfortable room.

Clean, comfortable room. Stayed one night during move-out of my father's apartment across the street. Wish I had stayed here more before he passed away! My only complaint was the noisy cars racing up and down Main St until later than 3am, our room had the window facing that direction and even though I had relaxation music playing all night, the sound kept me awake nearly all night. This isn't the hotel's fault, but when you know you need a good night of sleep before a big day and can't get it, it's annoying. Bathroom was very nicely appointed and the shower was great. We didn't partake of the breakfast but grabbed coffee on the way out.

Great Stay

Everything was clean, the staff was helpful, breakfast was delicious - the room was hard to keep at the right temp and the pillows were awful - shower could be designed better but overall I would stay again

Our Stay was good. No Hot Tub is a problem. You have a nice pool and you can't bring any food or drink into the pool. If you had a Hot Tub I suspect this would be the same rule. Maybe that's why no one used the pool.

Great downtown access & view. Room was clean & comfortable. Coffee is excellent. Check in was slow & we weren't greeted, reception staff barely acknowledged us. Elevator was cold. Stayed here in fall of 2017, and once again this past weekend, Feb 2022, the overall facility seems muvh more wore out. Pool was open, but you could tell the area needed cleaning, attention. Might stay again, but only if its a better value over something similar

Generally attractive and well equipped and maintained property, great location. Actually walked around the building looking for the entrance because it is not visible from the street, not located at the brightly lighted round corner element of the building, and not signed or marked in any particular way from the parking area. Elevators in winter were cold - almost like walking outside, which discouraged a T-shirt and shorts visit to the exercise room.
