Front desk people were helpfull and great. Great room

Took 3 tries to get a decent room. The first room had not been cleaned. The second room had a large non flushable object in the toilet. The third room turned out to be acceptable. This hotel is in disrepair. It is not very clean.

Where do I start?? First, the little gal who checked us in, was fabulous!! And the jetted tub in our room was wonderful & relaxing (after we disinfected & cleaned it)! Sheets were clean, towels were clean. Those are the ONLY positives about our stay!! Like I said, we had to clean the tub, had to clean the dried piss on the toilet, the bathroom sinks (water spots & toothpaste spit on the faucets), counter tops in the bathroom (wiped up what looked a lot like cigarette ash (in our non smoking room). The 2windows in the room, sweat profusely, therefore causing saturated carpet to soak your socks & mold on the carpet around the window. There was stuff all over the carpet, including a used press on fingernail. Then my boyfriend found a REAL FINGERNAIL in the carpet! Along with a cigarette butt & who knows what else. As we were unloading the car, in the back of the building, we noticed a ton of blood in the snow on the sidewalk, & what looked like a chunk of flesh or a tooth covered in blood!! The handle of the door going into the hotel, was grody with who knows what (probably blood too)! Also blood all over the floor, wall, & stairs! 2 dudes came pounding on our door at 5 am!! Bathroom & window cleaner were left in our room, like we were supposed to clean (which we did) wish they could’ve left us a vacuum too! Had to wait 30 minutes for the sweet front desk girl to finish someone elses job & make our bed, bring us towels, & toiletries. I won’t even start on breakfast!! Or lack of

The OYO Townhouse Casper was a bad decision from the get go. The photos and reviews looked good on Hotels.com so I booked it. I arrived and no one was wearing masks and no plexiglass at check in. The bass at the hotel bar was BOOMIN' loud and people were drunk in the bar and all over the lobby, getting into fights and walking all over sans masks like they owned the place. The bed was comfortable, however I could not get a good night's sleep as drunk patrons of the bar were wandering around the hotel at all hours of the night. Do not stay here if you want a peaceful, safe night's sleep.

En 7 dias aqui solo una vez vino housekeeping y eso porque la vi en el pasillo despues nada tenia yo que sacar basura sacar afuera las toallas he ir a front desk a pedir toallas, papel del baño y cualquier cosa que necesitara, les pedia limpieza al cuarto y nada, ofrecen desayuno y nada de nada.

They need to clean better. And this is the only hotel I have had issues checking in early with no other hotel charges you 60 dollars to check in 10 mins early there was blood in our shower and a Taco Bell sauce packet shoved in the peep hole of the door. The worst part was the blood in the shower that’s nasty I will not ever stay there again. Plus so much for a hood night sleep there was kids playing in the pool till 1am

I arrived at dusk. The parking lot was poorly lit. Desk staff polite and efficient. The hotel is sprawling in a low occupancy/tough weather environment. The pool area was lit only by pool lights, the side entrance button missing top, the grounds need attention. Good news- spotlessly clean, fluffy towels, comfortable bed, fridge and microwave in room and room large enough to move around in. So, the hotel has great amenities but they are in hunker down survival mode

The property was disgusting. Sheets were dirty and had blood stains, dirt and crumbs. Bathroom and toilet was dirty with pee stains. Felt like I could t touch anything because of how gross everything was. Ended up having to book a different hotel for the second night so I could lay down and get some Sleep.
