Price is too high for what the hotel offers, we were also surprised that it doesn't include breakfast while breakfast is expensive. Many things were broken down in the room, telephone, espresso machine, fridge. Staff are good and helpful but not fluent in English. We had to ask for slippers, toothbrush and paste, ear buds as they only bring them upon request.

As the hotel has been newly renovated, the condition of the facilities were almost perfect. We had a problem with the air conditioning in our room at 11 pm at night and were transferred to a new room within 10 minutes. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The cost of eating and drinking in the hotel is prohibitively expensive when compared to other places in the city so the budget-conscious traveler should venture outside the hotel's gated compound. The pool area of the hotel is particularly pleasant with wide-modern lounger beds and a feeling of space. The hotel, itself, is a five-minute walk from a metro station which has frequent services to the main tourist spots in the city (1/2 stops away_)

Very quite place, from around 1 km to the center, so comfortable and clean rooms with very nice staff that try to facilitate your stay and make you enjoy it

What a FANTASTIC way to end such an excellent vacation to The Republic of Georgia! Thank you #SheratonGrandTbilisiMetechiPalace for such a warm welcome & farewell. From the moment I walked up to the hotel entrance, I was greeted with the very friendly hotel porter in traditional Georgian uniform. The receptionist who checked me in was courteous, helpful, & kind. I'm grateful for my room upgrade. The architect of the hotel is beautiful from the lobby up to the room. The room is very clean & pleasant. I only wish I had more time to enjoy the spa & massage services the hotel offered. Check-out experience was equally GREAT if not better. The morning receptionists were very courteous, friendly, & cheerful at 3:15 a.m. in the morning. They made sure that I was comfortable as I waited for my taxi to take me to the airport. I WILL DEFINITELY stay at this #Sheraton again the next time I'm in #Tbilisi #Georgia. I highly recommend this particular #SheratonHotel to everyone who plans to visit Tbilisi.

Amazing hotel, great service from the staff, nice room and good breakfast. What annoys me is paying all this money for a 5-star hotel and then WiFi is additional cost, Parking is additional cost, breakfast is additional cost - nothing is included! You can go next door and pay 10% of the room-only cost and receive everything included...
