I liked very much and would definitely return, however the dinner staff at Mar House are not very accommodating and could be very rude. The Japanese restaurant shouldn't even be there, didn't like ANYTHING there. They should turn that space into a coffee shop. Finding coffee and tea was a huge challenge every night after dinner

Property was absolutely beautiful. Food was amazing, they had a wide variety of different types of food and every single one of them was way better than I expected from an all inclusive. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay for our honeymoon one to remember. Best experience we have ever had at an all inclusive resort so far.

Noce place but staff didnt seem Much interested. Service was sub par, even though our friends paid same amount we did we were in the adults only section in a swim up pool and they couldnt come hangout at our pool they had security remove them when our entire trip was supposed to be us 2 couples. Crazy when All they were doing was hanging at our pool using our pool bar below our swim up. Bartenders there sure didnt mind the extra people giving them tips but somebody reported them. Next time i book i wont be staying here. The dual “family “ side and “ adults “ side is stupid just make two different resorts. Food was okay nothing crazy, very disappointed in the buffet service as well. Very picky on who goes where we we all pay the same amount. 5/10 stay.

Arrived at 3:30pm for 3pm check in. Was only given a room at 5:30pm. I asked if we could pay for an upgrade and the only room available was $1,600 USD more which is more than some resorts cost let alone to upgrade. There was weddings every night which most likely took away from the experience for everyone else. These was 6 wedding on the first 2 days alone. The room i was given was not cleaned properly and i found a second remote control in the couch. Both sinks were broken and would not seal so i could not fill the sinks with water. (To wash our bathing suits)The room given was very close to the night club so i heard the music all night long and could not sleep for the first few days. I brought this up to Management, the next day they offered us a room with a worse view then our current room. I was expecting to be compensated some how but was not. After i rejected this worse room my butler told me that they will give me a new room half way though the stay which was never given because they were overbooked the entire 8 nights i was there. (i dont know why that would be my problem) Room never came with slippers and i don't believe that a resort does not have a robe larger than a size medium. I asked many times and was given 8 different robes all the same size "Medium" . Food was 1/5 with same food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Did not have a single great food experience. Not all bars have the same alcohol and not all bartenders know how to make the same drinks.
