Rooms weren’t ready when we checked in at 4 (even though it was a 3 pm check in) but that was the end of our complaints (and we only had to wait a few minutes so no biggie). Staff were friendly and even helped us get the luggage cart off the tiny elevator lol. Beds were ok, pillows were comfy and the room was great! Our view.... amazing! Loved the private beach... didn’t get in the pool and the hot tub wasn’t really hot. Would definitely stay here again!

Hotel was nice, but no free parking and no free beach chairs! Their so called “private beach” was also shared by 2 other hotels and felt bit crowded. Overall it was ok....nothing special.

Our stay at Winter the Dolphins Beach Club was great! Right on the beach the staff were very friendly and greeted us right away every time we entered and exited the lobby. My only concern was it not knowing the addition cost for parking along with the addition $9.95 for the water. I feel it should have been brought to our attention before booking.

Nice hotel clean and newly renovated. Outside bar was nice and all staff was very friendly. Food was okay we only ordered appetizers the drinks were really good as well. I will definitely stay there again.

Checking in was fast and easy. The room, bathroom and beds were all very clean e With the exception of the floors which were not vacuumed and the balcony still had lots of construction dust and cement on the floors and walls. The pool was nice and the beach as well. We enjoyed our stay, enjoyed some food and drinks from the bar which were great. Everyone was nice ams welcoming. You’re able to rent out umbrella and two beach loungers for 20 bucks which was great, you also have a server passing by making sire you’re good on drinks and food. You can alao rent jetski right on the beach which we did and it was fun. My kids husband and I had a real nice time. I did not like that parking was 20 per day, a bit too much. Overall had a nice stay and recommend staying at this hotel.

I have never experienced the customer service that was shown to me. We had visited the aquarium on Monday and unbeknownst to me, I had dropped my wallet in the garage. I was panicked and didn't know what I was going to do. A girl at the front desk by the name of Kylie jumped in her car and drove to the aquarium, found my wallet and brought it back to me. I would recommend this place to anybody. Front Desk, Security and everybody involved are wonderful.

I feel like the hotel could’ve been cleaner. The floor in the room was very dirty which made me worry about how often they clean and actually change the sheets and towels. The front desk lady told me herself they do not clean everyday while I was checking in. They give you wrist bands at check-in which gives you access to the pool, beach and bar. There were a lot of people with no wrist band in the pool that belong to the other hotel which was annoying. When I complained at the front desk, they took more than 45 minutes to go to the pool and check. They were renting beach chairs for $20 a day and people were just grabbing them without renting them and no one checked. They advertised having cabanas to rent and they do not have any cabanas. The security guard was too busy having alcoholic drinks at the bar to actually do their job. It’s supposed to be a smoke free hotel and that was definitely not the case. There were a lot of people smoking cigarettes and vaping off their balconies and at the pool and beach. The room had the cigarette smell in it. Also, don’t believe the false advertising with the lie of 2 queen sized beds. It’s not a queen sized bed. I measured it because I was in shock at how small the beds were. Coming from sleeping in a king sized bed at home to sleeping in a full sized bed is very cramped. It’s a full sized bed not a queen. Stop with the false advertising. I feel like I would’ve been happier at a different hotel for the price. Would not book here again.
