Room had no heat when we arrived. It was 61 and freezing. Elevators weren't all working. Waited 20 minutes for one and finally had to take the stairs. Our friends experienced the same with the elevstors. People were very upset. Probably wont stay there again. Husband has R/A and having to climb 7 flights of stairs was a bit much. Parking was outrageous. If you stay at hotel, should be included in stay.

Room was nice and spacious however bathroom was tiny. Sheets starchy and uncomfortable. All the creamers for coffee in the room were spoiled. No room service or valet due to covid. Only 2 or 3 out of 6 elevators worked so wait times for elevators were atrocious. Easily 15 minute wait for an elevator. Bell Service was outstanding in both getting my luggage to and from my truck.

There are 28 floors at this hotel and only 2 working elevators. On more than 1 occasion I had to wait over 45 min just to get on an elevator. I am sorry but I am not walking up 14 flights of steps. At $150 per night I should have been able to get an elevator

Just beautiful, peaceful, and spotless. The stay is worth every penny. Shout-out to the Houseman and the housekeeping team. There would be no standard without their hard work. I didn't plan to stay, but had to due to road conditions. I was not expecting vacation 'feels', but that's exactly what I got, an oasis . I didn't want to leave!

My only complaints would be the small bathroom and TV. Also wasn't a fan of having to pay $21 for parking when you pay to stay at the hotel and they also tagged on a $50 fee for accidentals. So you go from a $100 room to $170. It is also very easy to get lost in that hotel. The restaurant was over priced and used plastic wear but charged an arm and a leg on the food. Some plates were small portions for the price and the drinks were way over priced as well.

This hotel is a landmark and a sight to see....great views! For being an older hotel the rooms are nicely updated, but still have the feel of the time period.

Absolutely wonderful stay. Beautiful and historic room, at a great rate. This is always our 'go-to' for Cincinnati.
