I’m a repeat guest at this hotel. It’s so convenient for the Metro to the airport as well as to some fabulous restaurants and of course the Acropolis. The poolside bar is just perfect for a late afternoon wine looking up towards the Acropolis itself. The breakfast room is stunningly located on the eighth floor. The reception staff are welcoming and very personable. It’s quite an old-fashioned style hotel, and sometimes that makes a nice change from the minimalist and modern.I would definitely recommend this hotel. Are used to stay at the Bretagne, but it’s become overpriced and not good value in comparison to this little gem.

Handy location. Very clean and great care taken to be Covid safe. Excellent breakfast with lovely views of the Acropolis.

As mentioned in the title the value was great for a five star hotel, but then it didn't really feel like five stars. Some of this may have been due to Covid19 restrictions. Staff made a great effort to offer as much as they can with the limitations in place and it felt very safe, in general, e.g. at the breakfast buffet. Staff at the gym was super friendly, however the gym is quite small. The biggest letdown was that is there room service only showed up on the first day after I called them and on the second day not at all (I did not call them again). Towels were not hung up in the bathroom, but placed in the closet in sanitized plastic covers. I would have appreciated if there had been a note or something about that. It may have also been part of the hygiene protocol to not have a daily room service, but information was lacking about this. The outdoor pool setting is in principle sensational. However, it was always extremely crowded and therefore almost not usable.

Staff unfriendly Room terrible How can this hotel be categorised as a 5 star hotel? This is more or less 2/3 star hotel. We booked 2 nights but I only stayed 1 night as it wasn’t what we expected. Very disappointing

No water provided in rooms. Very limited pool space
