Horror at the SFO Travel Lodge

As I entered my room a stranger kicked the door in. Also, I had to walk quite far to the lobby as there were no towels in the room and it was after midnight after working. I am a first responder and a senior citizen, also a 100 pound single female.

Nice, clean and convenient.

For the money this was fantastic value. The room was nice and clean with what looked like new carpet. The bed was comfortable with a spacious shower. This is an old place and they have done well with it to keep it clean and the decor as well. I directly faced the pool near the lobby. It was quiet and the room size was just big enough for one person. Very close to SFO airport and Bart. Ihop attached to the hotel and fast food nearby.

Choose a different hotel

My experience was pretty bad. I had problems with housekeeping and the supervisor said she's not responsible. I had very low water pressure and the last straw was when I saw a large croach walk across my ceiling. The purpose of my visit was for business. I had originally planned to stay 3 weeks but barely made it through 1 week.

I have stayed there 5 nights in a row and have stayed there more than 20 other times So yesterday I booked with you But I guess I booked the superior king bed room and my room was just a king So I already paid too much and charged me a late fee of 10 dollars So they tipped me off Sean Philpott

Dont bring your kids here.

Room was ok bed was not comfortable. It smelled like smo ke - the grounds were full of trash. Loud music and seedy type.of people. When my husband left the maid warned him to stay away from the prostitutes - 2 girls sitting.in a car in the parking lot.

Nightmare in times of pandemic.

This was one of the worst hotel/motel that I have stayed in my life, it’s dirty, nasty, has mold, it smells like mold and mildew, all the appliances are super old and they do not work. Don’t even think of taking a shower is black mold everywhere. Noise was unbearably from the freeway it was a lot of homeless people fighting constantly outside and in the rooms. Overall this was a dangerous place to stop or be at all times should not even exist as a hotel. I had booked this motel for three nights and I only stayed one. I did try to check out, but the manager was nowhere to be found so I could’ve gotten my deposit back and the 2 nights that I did not staying there. I went back the day that I was supposed to check out and waited 45 minutes to check out and again the manager was nowhere to be found so I would ask hotels.com to reimburse me all the money that I have spent to book this motel.
