Musty smell, filthy carpet, one uncomfortable chair, bathroom tub worn out, peeling paint on ceilings, black mold in corners of bathroom! Overall this Quality Inn needs a complete make over. Your corporation should be embarrassed at the condition of this location!

Bed and linens were very comfortable. Desk chair was broken and sat in the corner of the room. The woman who checked me in was not especially friendly, but was efficient. At breakfast, Selena greeted me and was very sociable and helpful. Breakfast wAs not great, but this is during the pandemic, so offerings were limited. Prices are quite a bit higher on Saturday nights than other days. I saved $200 by changing my booking from Saturday- Tuesday to Sunday-Wednesday. I am not sure where the "designated smoking areas" are, but people smoked right outside my door and the smoke came right into my room.

Everything was great except the parking situation. I circled the place for an hour trying to find a spot. Because people who aren't even staying at the hotel are allowed to park there. It makes it very inconvenient for those who PAY to stay here and PAY to park here. The lady at the front desk was amazing, rooms were nice and clean, but parking needs to be fixed.

The room and overall facility was nothing like the pictures. The employees were nice but the room was very dirty and in desperate need of an overhaul. The toilet seat was broken, inch high dust on every light fixture, faint musty smell (probably the carpets), and the deadbolt took 5 minutes of effort to properly lock. Perfect room to party for a night, but not anything else.

The room smelled dirty. We slept there one night and when we woke up, we found a live cockroach in the floor. My husband went and asked for our money back for the next night because we would not be staying. They did not ask why and gave us our money back for the next night.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. Thank you very much.

We were surprised to be charged $20 per night for parking as that was nowhere mentioned in the promotional materials or on the website. And the parking was very poor, barely room to get your car in and definitely no room to open a door to load a suitcase. The rooms themselves were clean but very dingy. Oh yes, we did have a continental breakfast - bagels and juice. That's it. Next time we are going to the Best Western next door.

It is readily apparent that the ownership is making no attempt at spending money on repairs, maintenance or overall upkeep of the property. I find it amazing that the city of Savannah would allow a property in such shabby condition to operate in the historical core of the city.

Not at all what the pictures portrayed. It really looks like a dumb compared to the two hotels that were across the street. The bathtub had stains in it. Walls were dirty. Microwave was broken.

The hotel is filthy. Doors are grimy. Moldy smell in rooms. Bed and linens were bleached white and decent. Lobby was gross. No luggage carts no lobby coffee tea or anything nice. While it’s not the hotels character I must say that it is an Amazing area of town- around the corner from the river and you can walk to everything. Perfect perfect location. Step up your cleaning game and this place could be better off especially in a time of covid.
