I was there for my aunts wedding. She stayed there as well. We had a Great time. The staff were fast and friendly. I will stay there again.

I would stay here again.

The people working were lovely but the systems were confusing…we had to request having our beds made up it was not done everyday. I do not mean having the sheets changed…I mean just having the trash emptied and the beds made. It was never clear. The room had a lot of space which is what we needed. The breakfast was not eco friendly at all. Each piece of bread was individually wrapped, the cups were paper and the cutlery was plastic.The subway was very convenient.

WARNING! Not a1st pick Hotel!

WARNING ! Their shuttle ONLY runs once an hour if the driver shows up. This hotels main client is airline crew. If you are a paying guests, you are the last on the list. At almost $300.00 per night . Almost missed my flight. Many other hotels have shuttle service every 15 minutes or so. Don't make this hotel your 1st pick if you are flying out early in the morning.

Location was good as far as convenience with being near the subway/train station. It's also a short ride to the airport when there's no traffic. The building and rooms look fairly new, which helps with cleanliness. The rooms are spacious. Loved having a desk to separate the living room area. Great for work trips.

Fantastic place to overnight near JFK

We called for pick-up when we arrived at Federal Circle and they were very prompt and pleasant. The decor throughout the hotel was lovely. The room was beautiful and relaxing. The bath had a huge shower with a waterfall shower head. All white and natural shades, spotlessly clean. Good breakfast, and the departing flights for JFK were displayed in the breakfast room. The check-in agent was very pleasant and helpful. He gave us a good recommendation for the Mexican restaurant across the street, and the fajitas were excellent. Will definitely stay again.
