Family Trip Through the Keys

Nice and clean hotel. We attempted to check in early but the room was not available which is no problem. However, we asked if we could go hang out by the pool until the room was ready and were told we couldn’t. The individual at the front desk told us the room would be ready shortly and that he would call us. After waiting in the parking lot for a little over an hour we went back inside and asked if the room was ready. Another individual was at the desk then and we found out our room was ready.. no call or anything. Another aggravation is that they charge for parking. This is just another disguised way for the hotel to make money. Overall, our stay was nice but I think I would stay at the cheaper Hampton .25 mile down the road next time.

Pay to park

Clean room very good condition do not think someone staying at hotel should pay for parking ridiculous like making customers pay for cutlery at a restaurant makes no sense just a money grab shameful.

Beware the parking fee!

The room was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was just ok. No hot option of any kind. The $15 parking fee was ridiculous! Almost $300 for the room and then charge you to park? No parking garage just regular parking lot.

Very nice Hotel. Room was clean and very comfortable Staff friendly and helpful. Loved the pools Close to many things Def would stay here again. Only negatives: Breakfast in the am was very lacking, not many choices. Def not full breakfast as advertised

Room was well equipped but the air conditioner was loud and the room seemed humid even with the air on. Sheets were not of the greatest quality and felt damp from the humidity in the room. A lighter weight blanket would be nice. The restaurant in back of the hotel was very nice.

great hotel, pool breakfast

room is great, we had the king size suite. it was clean and spacious and modern, it was missing few tower hangs. the pool is also great. service was perfect. the breakfast was under our expectations, it was included few ready to go food, that didnt change without any verity.

beautiful property with restaurants all around and a awesome marina behind the hotel..... easy access from us rt 1 and aross the stree is a great sun set viewing spot

We stayed in a King suite ocean view, the room and the view were beautiful. The mattress wasnt as comfortable as one would hope. Parking is open and although there is a fee very accessable and easy for in/out activity. The suites have their own pool seperate from the hotel pool so while i cant speak to the main pool the suites pool is only 4.something feet deep but very well kept and private feeling.
