Initially, everything was fine and I had no complaints. However, that has changed. They charged me for the room I had already paid for, $136, and added additional charges of $24 and $48. That’s over $200 that should still be on my card. I spoke to the manager and he said I’d get my money back 5-7 days after I check out, that they hold it as a deposit. But the payment from hotels.com has already gone through, as I have been here for two days now, so I don’t understand why the deposit is still being held or what these additional charges are supposed to be for. It’s not the pet fee, I’ve already paid that directly. I have less than a dollar in the bank, unable to buy food or even just a soda pop from the vending machine. This does not seem to me to be a fair business practice, and I’ve never run into this at other hotels when using hotels.com. If you can’t afford to let them hold onto an extra $200 for a week or more, do not book here through hotels.com. I don’t know if they would also double charge if you paid them directly, but management is sketchy, although the staff are still great and the room is still decent.

Somewhat what I expected, but the bed was labeled a “queen” & my 6 foot tall fiancé was taller than the bed, so how is that a real queen? The only thing that matters for quick stays like this is the shower & the bed. The shower would be warm then go cold then go back warm again without any other water being used in the room. Doesn’t make sense.

First room they gave us had live hungry feas in the bed between the sheets and in the carpet.The second room was acceptable but the TV remote didn't work, had a big unfinished patch in the ceiling where it looked like there was probably a water leak at some time. Bathroom also had similar unfinished patches in the ceiling the first room had these unpainted/unfinished drywall patches as well. Seems to be a lot of people staying there long term and a lot have dogs that bark when you pass the rooms in the hall. I can't recommend staying here.

It was pretty clean. They had a very nice staff. No problems

While I can say how friendly and accommodating they were I can’t rate the actual place. We didn’t make it to stay there. My daughter was not feeling well and out of caution we canceled. But Alonna was so very helpful and went beyond the last cancel date to help us out. I had many questions for her and she was so helpful and friendly.

Was OK for one night but I wouldn't stay longer. Seemed that a lot of locals "lived" there so I was a little uncomfortable with that. I would stay again, but only for one day.

We didn’t even make it inside. We drove through the parking lot of this dilapidated hotel and decided it was a little sketchy looking. Turned around and went somewhere else.

Great service.

Overall stay was good. It got hot in the room. Tried to turn up the ac...nothing came on.
