This is the epitamy of the No Tell MOTEL.!!!! half the motel occupants are homeless people housed through BC housing. This place should be shut down. The room I was in had serious mold around the bathroom and main window. The heater was ancient and when I turned it on it blew some disgusting smell. The manager of the building doesn't care about any concerns. The police are here routinely because of all the drug addicts, dealers and prositutes coming and going. its like living in the lower eat side.I was there long term and trust me I have seen it all. The day time front desk girl was horrible!!! Rude and unproffesional. It is smack in the middle of contruction sites so be used to that going on all day. Fights and yelling and screaming between residents is a common occurance. There were many incidents with dogs barking in the middle of the night. I have witnessed people getting arrested, a dead body taken out of a room. You name, this place is disgusting. I was routinely woken up with fighting yelling and screaming domestic altercations. You name it. It is a non smoking building but people would stand right outside my room in the outside walkway, smoking leaving their cigarette butts all over the place. To top it all off when I finally left they tried to gauge me for the damage deposit saying there was damage to the mattres. The rude front desk girl emailed me a picuture of a mattress sliced down the side? It was a scam to try to get the deposit. What a nightmare.

Easy to find, cheap hotel in quiet area. Friendly staff but room was very cold and was scared to use fan due to cleanliness of room. Very outdated and bathroom floor was sticky and gross. Completely had to disinfect room to feel safe due to Covid.

Room was clean as it can be for a run down hotel. People smoking right outside my room with smoke blowing in the heater. Bed felt like it was going to break shaking every time I moved. I do not recommend this hotel.

Good. Bed was a bit squeaky but overall good.

Inexpensive but clean and tidy.

I was looking for a cheap bed for a night on my road trip. Checking in was nice, easy and efficient and I could "upgrade" to a pet friendly room and bring my two dogs inside with me. There were a few guests slamming doors (mine was also stuck and not easy to open or close without noise), smoking pot or just talking and with the air conditioner facing the "hallway" everything came unfiltered into the room. Would be nice to have that air conditioner on the other side of the room than where life happens. Other than that my stay was fine. The room was clean and everything worked.

The hotel is well kept and clean. The staff is friendly

Tv wall mount was falling off the wall and damage deposit was way over priced

Located off of busy Marine Drive but set back far enough that you don't hear the busy traffic noise. The room was very clean but needs updating....wear is showing especially the bathroom sink.
