Have a fight next door to my room, i did contact front desk, someone did come, fight stop for fill minutes and start all over, i was up to 1:30am because the noise, did talk to front desk in my check out 7am, they say manager will contact me, it's over a week and i never heard one thing.

I grew up in the Danbury area and drove by this hotel often taking a mental note to stay one day (it was outside my budget then). I recently decided to take a night away from home (mini-pandemic vacation) and excitedly booked a room. I was sorely disappointed. I was placed in room 200. The room was gloomy, with cracked wallpaper, chipped light fixtures, the toilet was running (I had to fix it myself, afraid of leaving the room again re. covid), the heater made excess noise all night, there were pubic hairs on the ground and along the toilet bowl, and the bath tub overflowed during my shower. I also found earring backings on a chair, indicating that the room was not throughly cleaned. Luckily, I brought lysol spray with me, and was able to personally disinfect the room myself as I lost trust in the hotel's commitment to the safety of guests. Sadly, I will not be returning to this property.

Nice place

Overall, the hotel was great. However, my hisbamd has health issues and gets VERY minimal sleep. Housekeeping started knocking on the door early in the morning asking to come in and clean, and they did this THREE times by 8:30am. Checkout wasnt until 11am, and there was NO need of this. We were planning on sleeping in before having to travel for the day again, and we were less than impressed by this blatant disrespect! Then, when checking out, I told them about this at the front desk and the woman literally just stared at me. No apology, nothing, just stared. Needless to say, we will not be staying at this hotel again.

The vents were very dusty (bathroom vent) and the lamps were as well. Tub had to be cleaned by me. Did not look clean had residue from something on it. Carpets need cleaning.

Would've been perfect if room had a microwave. Overall great experience.

It was an amazing experience 10/10 no complaints nobody disturbed

The hotel is nice and clean no complaints on that. Down side no microwave they said due to Covid but there’s one microwave for everyone to use near the lobby. First night was good but my last night was such a disappointment. I woke up at 3AM to take a shower and the water was off. The water in the shower would not come on at all! I called the front but they said just bang it hard but that didn’t work. So I had to start my day off with no shower
